| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Any defects in material or workmanship shall be provided for under the warranty. The Seller will offer replacement of any defective Goods or any Goods damaged during shipping, if a claim is made by the Buyer within 24 hours after receipt of the Goods by the Buyer; provided, that the Buyer gives the Seller sufficient and appropriate documentation. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:On most occations we can combine shipping for partial-carton orders depending on the volume of the order and the available shipping packaging. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. Most partial-carton orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which may take only from 2-5 business days to be delivered. Our larger and/or Carton orders may take from 5-10 business days for delivery. Delivery Confirmation numbers will be sent upon time of shipment. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All shipping for all of our Carton/Case, Sleeves, and 100, 50, & 25 Pack orders will be configured using eBay's Checkout System. For all partial-carton orders, the shipping is calculated by the weight for USPS Priority Mail and Zip Code perimeters. All Carton/Case orders will be calculated using either USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:YES, WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY - WITH EXCEPTIONS! We currently only ship within the Continental United States with the only exception of Alaska and Hawaii being at an extra charge. We will also ship to Canada and Mexico with prior approval. |
