ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING - Orders placed and received Monday – Friday by ECOVACS Robotics, Inc. are processed for shipment within three (3) business days (excludes weekends). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are received and processed on Monday. Orders placed on recognized US holidays are received and processed on the next regularly scheduled business day.
SHIPPING POLICY - ECOVACS Robotics products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS via normal shipping policies and guidelines. Due to shipments made to different geographical locations, ECOVACS is not responsible for the length of time it may take the shipment to be received; responsibility for timely receipt of shipment is borne by the respective shipping company. If expedited shipping is requested, please contact us at 1-844-ECOVACS (326-8227) before the order is shipped. Special handling instructions must be entered at time of purchase.
ECOVACS can ship to Alaska and Hawaii and US Protectorates but there are additional shipping charges.
ECOVACS is unable to ship to a PO Box or APO, FPO or DPO.
