We ship World-Wide. We ship via UPS to the 48 US Mainland States, and USPS to all other International and Overseas locations, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. To discuss overseas or international pricing and methods, contact sales@ecaronlineusa.com.
Shipping Rates
You can save when you buy several items to be shipped at once! Contact sales@ecaronlineusa.com for reduced shipping costs if you intend on buying several items from our store.
The provided shipping rates apply to the 48 Land States. All others should contact us for a quote.
Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise stated in your auction, most items ship within 1 business day of payment. Some auctions may take up to 48 business hours (weekdays only) to ship. If we anticipate a shipping delay beyond 48 hours, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure that you have a valid email address on file! If shipping details are explained in the auction details, that policy prevails.
Packages within the 48 Ground States are typically received within 3-7 business days. Other destinations within the US may take up to 12 business days. International orders may take 2-8 weeks for arrival.
If you have waited a sufficient length of time and have not received your order, please contact us, and we will track your package or rectify your situation immediately. We pride ourselves in customer service, so allow us the opportunity to serve you.
Sales tax
8.625% tax applies if shipped to locations within New York.

Return Policy
