New Take-Off (NTO)means that the part was acquired from secondary automotive manufacturer which modifies vehicles for a purpose outside the original manufacturer's specifications. By-products of this completely legal process include quality, low-cost OEM parts that are in like-new condition, but may have bolt marks or similar from being disassembled.
New Old Stock (NOS)means that this part was acquired in bulk and has existed in our climate-controlled warehouse for a year or more. Such parts may be slightly dusty and will not be in original manufacturer's packaging. However, these still-new items are fully functioning and completely covered under warranty.
Special Ordermeans that we have special access to a supplier of this part but do not carry it in our warehouse. When you place an order, it will take some additional time to reach you because it must first be ordered into our warehouse. For quicker shipping, contact us directly.
Oversizeditems are considered particularly large, heavy or bulky and require special handling. These items may cost more to ship due to their weight or unwieldiness or may take longer to be delivered.

If an auto part is defective or ceases working correctly, uninstall it and contact us immediately for your own safety. Do not drive with defective parts installed.
Be Descriptive when describing the problem or defect so we can act quickly. Before sending a replacement we require evidence in the form of pictures and/or a letter on mechanic's letterhead.
All Warranties may be fulfilled by Parts Highway or its parent corporation, including Manufacturer's Warranties.
No Fees are Charged for warranty replacement. Shipping of your replacement item is completely free.
Returns & Exchanges
When to Return or Exchange
If the item is not defective or broken in transit it is not covered under warranty. It is covered under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days as long as the product is unaltered and unbroken.
If there is a shipping error or damage, contact us for an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
If you mistakenly ordered incorrectly or no longer want your item for any reason, follow the procedure for Initiating a Return.
Refunds & Fees
No Hassle Returns are available through eBay within 30 days of purchase. No communication is necessary to use the system, but we do encourage customer to contact us, as returns can often by initiated due to fitment issues, and we can help determine the problem and, in many cases, get you the correct part.
Refund or Exchange are both available options for returns. Exchanges require an additional payment for shipping cost.
Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees will be charged on returns, generally of 10%. Restocking fees are waived in scenarios where the customer is not at fault, such as when the wrong part is shipped, or there is shipping damage; if you believe this to be the case, please contact us so our customer care team can take care of your problem.
If Return is caused by inaccuracies in our Listing Description all fees will be waived and original shipping cost becomes refundable.

Initiating a Return
Contact us through eBay for an RMA! You need to receive a return authorization or you may not receive proper credit.
Be Prompt examine your item as soon as it arrives for damage or other problems. We cannot accept returns past 30 days.
Be Descriptive & Send Pictures if there is a specific problem or defect. The more we know, the more quickly we can act.
Don't Modify the Product if there is a chance you may return it. We cannot accept parts that have been painted or otherwise altered.

Tax will be charged to New York State Residents (8.625%).
Cancellations & Payment Delays Please notify us as soon as possible. Unless contacted, we will file an unpaid item grievance.
Shipping Quotes are available for all International & Domestic destinations from eBay's shipping calculator at the top of each listing.

Default Shipping Methods & Speed
UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous states generally delivers within 2-5 business days (West Coast residents should expect a longer delivery times). USPS Priority may be substituted without notice if delivery speed is comparable or better.
Free Shipping within the 48 contiguous states may be via UPS or USPS. Specific carrier & method not guaranteed; contact us if you have a preference.
USPS Shipping to non-contiguous US Destinations generally delivers within 12 business days.
USPS Shipping to International Destinations generally delivers within 2 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks.
Handling Time is often only one day, but may be longer for international and off-coast destinations.

Tracking & Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Items If you believe your item has been lost in transit or is taking too long to arrive, please contact us so we can investigate.
Damaged Items should be preserved in their original packaging in case the shipping company needs to conduct an investigation.
