Packing:
We aim to make sure your books, Bibles or other items are packed well and that they arrive in wonderful condition. Almost all our items are packed in boxes to give extra protection- no bent corners.
Shipping in USA:
We ship mainly via USPS Media Mail. We attempt to ship out within a business day of payment. For example, if you pay on Monday we aim to ship your items on Tuesday etc. Often we take our boxes directly to the Post Office each day for even quicker delivery to you…. Each package is sent with delivery confirmation and thus has a basic tracking number which you will receive via email. This tracking number can be checked out at the www.usps.com. We will ship Priority Mail if you so desire, but please let us know before payment, as this will increase the shipping cost a little.
Payments:
We accept payments via Paypal only.
Returns:
If any item is defective, please email us as soon as possible. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please ship it back to us for a FULL REFUND. We are happy to give you a full refund on your item if you are not satisfied.
