Any concerns or problems will be handled quickly, professionally and customized to the issue presented.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
There must be documented email with El Paso Tool European Auto Tools via the eBay email message system that communication of a problem has been established and confirmed. Depending on the outcome of the email contents, the Buyer may be asked to contact the techs at the supplier to discuss the problem or proper tool use or application. If it is determined that the tool is defective, solutions & remedies will be presented to the buyer in a timely, professional manner.
