I cannot say enough about this company. I ordered an engine from them and never received it; I called them, and they found that UPS lost the engine. They called me back to let me know and then shipped out another one. Just arrived today! Their response and quick resolution were nothing short of amazing. I just want so thank the seller for packing this engine well. no damage and was in a B&S storage box with foam around the engine and a stiff cardboard engine stand on the bottom where the engine shaft is. Thanks again for displaying what an engaged Ebay seller can accomplish.
