Yes. Up to 4 items purchased may be combines into one shipment. 

If you won items in different currencies they cannot be combined into one shipment. And if you have already paid for the 2 items and later purchase another 2 or 3 items they can't be combined into one shipment. It causes too much confusion for our shipping department. 

EMS express shipping takes 3 -7 days providing there are no problems with your local customs. However during international holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, or Valentines Day shipping may take more than 3 days.

If we ship via EMS this situation would hardly occur. However, with regular airmail the situation is very different. Please see answer #5 above. 

In our experience during seasons of high volume a delay of 2-3 months is not uncommon.  Therefore, we use EMS exclusively for shipping from the 10th of December to the 10th of January.

All our pearls are genuine, cultured pearls. But not natural pearl. Please see the individual item(s) description.

All our diamonds are genuine.  We do not use CZ. Since our main business is pearls and since we only use diamonds to accent the pearls our diamonds are not usually very large. We are not a diamond agent.

We use only solid 14 and/or 18 K solid gold. We never use washed or gold plated jewelry. If the mounting is silver it is so marked in the item(s) descriptions.

All of our jewelry is stamped with either our logo or our name "ES". For example, the inside of the band of each ring is marked with either 14K or 18K and our logo or "ES".

We use only natural gemstones in all of our jewelry. The sapphires and rubies are natural, not man made.

We use good quality natural sapphires in dark blue color.

All our pearl necklaces and bracelets are hand knotted by our professional jewelers.

If your payment reaches us on a Friday, you will probably receive your item in a week, providing we use the ems express service.  All offices in Hong Kong are closed on Saturday and Sunday so your purchase cannot leave here until the following Monday. 

Please use registered airmail to return item(s) to us with a note for refund or replacement. If you wish a replacement please add a $40 shipping and insurance fee with the item. If you wish a refund please so indicate with a note. If no note is included with the item we will then refund your PayPal account.

To make the initial shipment to you, we bear the cost of shipping and handling.  This cannot be refunded. We always do our best to provide quality service to our customers.  However in the case where a customer is not satisfied with our product we provide a "No Questions Asked" refund. Yes. We resize all sizes from size 4 to what size you need.
Resizing cost $30.00 for sizes 4-9. Resizing cost $40.00 for size 10 and more due to the amount of extra gold needed.

If you have had an item(s) resized but you would like return the item(s) for refund we can refund the original purchase price only. The resizing and shipping fees are not refundable.

A jewelry appraisal in Hong Kong costs US$250.00 for each item.  Some of our jewelry can be appraised.  However, appraisals are not mandatory in Hong Kong

Yes. All of our fine jewelry comes in our leather jewelry box embossed with
our logo.  We are unfortunately unable to supply a leather box without a logo.

We ship worldwide. Due to our laws we are unable to ship to Israel, Poland,
India, South Africa, the Middle East and China. 

We are based in Hong Kong. (Hong Kong is not Midland China.)

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities or the personnel to offer this service.

If you are live in a country to which we are not legally allowed to ship we cannot honor your bid. If we have received unfair feedback from you in the
past we will not ship to you. If you took a payment from PayPal before returning an item to us in the past, we will block your bid.

Because an item offered on eBay with as a "reserve" costs more to list than an ordinary listing, the reserve price cannot be disclosed.

They are seawater cultured pearls of Japanese origin along the southern coasts and are formed by Akoya oysters. Akoya characterizes in its perfect round shape, rich luster in pink and silvery white, size from 5.5-8.5mm in diameters.

Refund is not furnished in the following cases: If an item(s) is returned without our label, original packing or our jewelry box; or, If an item(s) is returned more than a month after receipt.

All our parcels require a signed receipt.  If you have agreement with FedEx that a signed receipt is not required, then that is our responsibility in the case where the parcel is lost.  Please be aware that anyone at your address can sign for the parcel and the signature absolves of any further responsibility. If FedEx leaves a parcel without a signed receipt please contact the local FedEx representative.  Once they notify us of the situation, we will resend your item within 24 hours.   

Please be sure that you're shipping address in physical address.  Neither the Hong Kong Post Office nor FedEx allows shipping to a P.O. BOX or APO address.

Resize will takes 3-7 business days.  If the item has lots of diamonds or gemstones resizing will take 7-10 business days.  

Sorry we can't ship the item(s) before your personal check clears our bank. Normally in Hong Kong the banks clear a foreign personal check in 4-5 weeks. 

We have no idea about your the duties or taxes in your country. Please check with your local customs.
