Returns

We offer returns and exchanges only for products that are brand new, never used or worn, still in the original box. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are returning an item because we sent the wrong one, or because the item is defective, we will pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer pays return shipping. Eshoeworld reserves the right to refuse any return that shows excessive wear.

If you want to exchange shoes you don't like or are the wrong size for another pair, you will need to pay for the second shipment at our normal shipping prices.
