All NY state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the Checkout process.

Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction , and all PayPal or credit card payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within seven days, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Insurance

All our items are self-insured, included in the price of shipping. If your item does not arrive in working condition, or simply does not arrive, we will send a replacement when available, or provide a full refund immediately.

Shipping and handling for one game/dvd/cd is $3.95 anywhere within the Continental United States. See "Combined Shipping" below for discounted shipping of multiple items.

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All completed orders (checkout and payment completed) will be shipped out within 24 hours except on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, we will not ship that day.

Items are prepared for shipment, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs.

Combined Shipping Every Game cartridge is $3.95 for the first, $1.95 off for each additional. These same rates apply to CD's and DVD's.

When will my games arrive? In the US, orders to the East Coast will take approx. 2-3 days in most cases. Orders to the middle of the country will take 3-4 days, and orders to the West Coast will generally take 4-5 days. Due to our having no control over the speed of the Postal Service, items may take longer, but rare.

I live in Canada. When will my stuff show up?
Orders to Canada take anywhere from 6-10 business days.

I live in Canada. How much will I pay to have a game/movie shipped to me? Shipping for the first game/dvd to Canada will be $4.95. All additional games/dvds will be $1.95 off if shipped at the same time. 

Do you take money orders? Yes, we accept money orders, cashiers check, credit cards, paypal, as well as personal checks.

I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping? YES! Please refer to the "combined shipping" notes to the left for rates.  You can also find our current combined shipping promotions on our store front page.  Just purchase the items you wish to buy using the buy it now option and wait for an invoice from us that will reflect the combined shipping discount.

I have not received an invoice for the item. After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your "my eBay" within your own account. Another option for paying for the item is logging into this completed auction as the winner. Links will appear at the top of the auction for this purpose.
