EverydayGlamour carries a wide selection of merchandise and virtually all of the product in stock has a live listing at all times. If the item is not listed in an eBay auction or in our eBay store, then it is not in stock.

What is the width of this product?
The width of each item is generally listed within the auction subheading or description. In the case of shoes, as a rule of thumb, are regular or medium width unless specified otherwise.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Our shipping process is automated and your order is processed within hours. So once we receive your payment, we cannot add, subtract, or cancel your order prior to shipment.
 
If an item didn't sell at auction, how do I purchase it?
EverydayGlamour lists thousands of products a week on eBay. When an item does not sell it is usually re listed within a few days. For your convenience you can easily find items using the search on our item listings or the EverydayGlamour eBay Store.

How do I search through all your items?
You can use our user friendly search on the left side of our eBay store listings or the right side of our auction templates or store front. Be sure to press the "Search" button. It won't work if you just press "Enter" on your keyboard.

Our eBay Store front also has quick links for clothing, accessories, shoes, and name brand designers.

Condition Details?

EverydayGlamour sells only new, first quality, authentic name brand merchandise from manufacturers, retailers, and designers of fine products. The condition is included in the description of each item listed on eBay. For the benefit of our customers, we grade our shoes in the condition categories listed below.

  • New, In Box -- Brand new in original box.
  • New, Without Box -- New condition without box. These shoes are carefully packed and shipped.
  • New / Display -- New Shoes that were floor samples, displays, or try-ons. They might have very minor creases, or scuffs. Actual pictures are shown of these.
  • NRFB -- Never removed from box.
  • Mint -- Item is in pristine condition

Shipping Questions
How much is shipping?
Cost of shipping is based on size and weight of package, as well as destination. The preferred and usual shipper is the US Postal Service. Oversized packages may be shipped via UPS.

When will my order ship?
EverydayGlamour offers some of the fastest shipping on eBay. We ship most orders that clear the next business day. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
 
How can I track my order?
Most orders ship next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, EverydayGlamour will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking information.

Do you combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?

Yes, we do offer combined shipping upon request. Most purchases made within 3 days from the date of the first purchase may be combined in one shipment upon request.

Domestic Buyers: Multiple items ship free.

International Buyers: pay shipping cost of the first item. There is no additional charge for each additional item added, as long as the package does not go OVERSIZE or OVERWEIGHT. Purchases are shipped International Priority or Express Mail. Shipping cost varies based on packaging required to ship purchases in one package. In a few situations, combined shipping may not be available. Email Seller for shipping charges.

 
Can you ship my package using a cheaper shipping method?
We pride ourselves on offering fast, professional and affordable shipping rates. Unfortunately, we cannot ship your items using any other method since our shipping is already automated.

Can you ship my package with a different shipping carrier?
To offer our customers fast shipping, we automate all of our shipping so unfortunately we cannot ship with a different carrier than specified in our auctions.
 
International Shipments
Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift"?
Falsifying customs documentation is a federal violation. In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value. After all those expenses, you will still get a great deal since our products are purchased at deep discounts.
 
Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?
EverydayGlamour's international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. We do pay for your brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

What is the Global Shipping Program?
The Global Shipping Program is a new program that makes it easy to sell to buyers in many countries around the world—simply by shipping items domestically to a US shipping center. Once received by the US shipping center, international shipping will be handled by the Global Shipping Program. Including preparing customs forms, remitting applicable import charges that are pre-paid by the buyer, and international shipping to the buyer—with tracking—using a fast, reliable carrier.
 
How does the Global Shipping Program work?
Global Shipping Program lets us sell items internationally yet ship domestically, making global sales as easy as easy as domestic ones. In the Global Shipping Program all our active listings will be visible to millions of international buyers on eBay.com. The Global Shipping Program list the total item price, including import charges, and these will be automatically calculated for you and displayed to your buyer at checkout. After an international buyer purchases the item, just ship the package to the US shipping center. The Global Shipping Program will do the rest—package processing, customs forms, payment of applicable import charges, and international shipping with tracking.
 
Can I opt-out of the Global Shipping Program?
If you do not wish to use the Global Shipping Program you must request it before you make a bid or purchased an item. To allow Everydayglamour time to change the shipping details.

How do I pay for my item?
Within a few minutes of the close of an auction or the use of the 'Buy It Now' feature, you should receive payment instructions via email.

Have you received my payment yet?

PayPal: You should receive a payment confirmation email after your payment clears PayPal. Credit/Debit cards and payments using PayPal funds should clear within minutes. Bank Transfers (transactions using your bank account) take about 2 to 4 days to clear.

What types of payments do you accept?
Our Preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal accepts payments from Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) as well as eChecks.
 
How long can I wait to pay for my item?
From the moment an action ends or a Buy It Now is completed, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 8th day, we may cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale, and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale.

EverydayGlamour considers the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We do not share, rent, or sell any of your personal information.
 
Returns
How can I return a product?
EverydayGlamour offers one of the best return policies on ebay.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not totally satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund less shipping charges.

Refunds must meet these requirements:

  1. The Item must be in unworn/undamaged condition. (Tried on only for fit and sizing)
  2. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The Buyer must email for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 hours of receiving item(s).

Do you offer Exchanges?
EverydayGlamour would love to accommodate our customers. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our inventory and eBay auctions, it is very difficult for use to do an exchange because our entire inventory is up for auction. The best way to do an exchange is to return the item (payment less shipping is refunded) and bid on a different item from our eBay store at http://stores.ebay.com/everydayglamour.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?
EverydayGlamour strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We are very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope to make the return as painless as possible.

Please email customer service at info@everydayglamour.com and include your item number. After we receive your email, we will send you a return authorization (RMA) via email. Click here for return instructions.

In many cases we do have your item in stock and we can ship the correct merchandise as soon as the incorrect item is received.

Returns will be inspected to insure that they are in unworn/undamaged condition. Sorry for any inconvenience.
