SHIPMENT ~ We ship promptly after payment is received; usually within 1-2 days unless payment is made with a personal check. We accept these forms of payment for our products: Paypal, U.S. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks drawn on a U.S. Bank, VISA, Mastercard, & Discover cards via our in-house secure Linkpoint Merchant Account. ** Funds must clear (10 days) prior when paying with personal checks before your item is shipped.
COMBINING ITEMS WON ~ Ewephoric! will be most happy to combine auctions/purchases for you if there is more than one item of interest. If you are watching/bidding on more than one item, please notify us after the first purchase if you wish us to hold any items for more auctions ending. We will hold items for up to 7 days, but request that you make all purchases for the combined shipment within that week please. It's much easier to keep track of multiple items and shipments from single buyers that way! You will pay only one Shipping Fee for these combined items to ship in one box.
NO ADDITIONAL FEES ~ You will NEVER be charged for any additional handling fees or packaging when purchasing from Ewephoric! auctions. We try and use new materials in the way of shipping boxes and bubble wrap/peanuts are the preferred inside packaging. THESE MATERIALS ARE OFFERED TO THE BUYER FREE OF CHARGE. The only shipping charges added to the auction amount will be the actual transportation charge.
SHIPPING CARRIERS: We reserve the right to use the most appropriate carrier possible to deliver your merchandise. Large items and breakables will usually ship via UPS and smaller items will ship via USPS. We require street addresses for UPS deliveries and will only ship to addresses that can be confirmed with the buyer prior to shipment.
EBAY SHIPPING CALCULATOR & MAKING PAYMENTS ~ Our products are listed with an 'estimated' price for shipping, however depending upon where you live and if there are combined items from multiple auctions/purchases, the eBay Calculator is not often correct. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN INVOICED, PLEASE. That way we can give you the correct amount for your purchases and you are not over charged or there are no surprises if you were under charged for shipping fees. THANK YOU ~
MORE ABOUT PAYMENTS~ After you receive your invoice, payment is expected within 7 days. If you have any problems with making your payment within that time frame, please contact us. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ~ Ewephoric! will ship internationally and accept bids from clients in other countries. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE VIA PAYPAL when making purchases from outside of domestic USA. No Exceptions. International packages will be mailed via the U.S. postal service only. Please allow extra time to receive your items if you reside outside of the USA. Mail may take several weeks to deliver depending upon the country it's going to.

Please notify us quickly and we can replace new items for you in case of damage in shipping. We insure all of our packages when they are shipped using UPS automatically. Any post office package that is shipped without extra insurance paid is at the buyers risk. (Some vintage, one of a kind products cannot be replaced, therefore we will make other arrangements with you in the case of damage.)
