Can I combine shipping?

Yes, certain items may be combined for a reduction in shipping costs.  However, some items get shipped from different parts of the Country so it is not feasible to combine shipping on all items.

If your items are combinable, we will adjust the shipping price and send you an updated invoice.

When can I expect my order?

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment (If paying by Personal Check shipping is held until payment has cleared). 

Once payment is received, you will receive a payment received email notification and it will include the estimated shipping date/delivery date.  For certain items you will receive another email notification of the tracking number.

Can I pay by Credit Card over the phone?

Credit Cards are accepted, however, not over the phone.  At this time, all Credit Card transactions must go through Paypal.com.  Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

Can I purchase this item from you off eBay?

Off eBay Sales are not allowed.  If you want a special order, please let me know and I can put together a private eBay listing for you.

Do you ship Internationally?

It depends on the item.  See each item's shipping and handling details or contact us for a shipping quote.
