1.       Is this a Brand New LCD screen? Straight from Factory or after market Product?

Yes we only deal with brand new products which are straight from Factory. We do not sell refurb products. Laptop Mfg Makes Laptops not LCDs. LCD companies are listed on blisscomputers.net. Known names in LCD industry are LG Philips, Samsung, Toshiba Etc. Basically companies which makes LCD TVs make Laptop LCD Screens. Quality is our motto.

2.       How long shipping will take to reach me?

Standard Shipping takes 5 - 7 business days. It goes ground. Overnight Shipping is Next Business Day shipping so if the product is ordered Thursday late night or Friday, you will receive the product on Monday or next business day. We do not offer Saturday shipping. International Shipping takes mostly week or so.

3.       Considering the fragile nature of the product, how do you make sure that the product arrives safe?

We pack LCD Screens in customized corrugated boxes which have thick double wall around it. All the screens are wrapped with high quality bubble wraps.

4.       How do I return the product if there is some problem?

We understand that the product might have problems sometimes so in case that happens, please email us the problem you are facing with the product and we will send you the return information. To expedite the process, please explain in detail the problems faced with the product. Follow the return information listed on our store pages.

5.       Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to my country? Do you ship to APO / FPO and AE addresses?

Yes we ship all over the world. We do ship to your country. But unfortunately at this time we do not ship to APO / FPO and AE Addresses.

6.       I have change of address request. I included wrong address when I made a payment.

We try to honor change of address request in most of the cases. But following up with EBay/PayPal rules we prefer to ship on address provided by eBay and PayPal. If you feel that change of request is must, Please call right away 201 33 00477(12 Est. - 8 Est.). Again we are trying to honor it but we must follow eBay regulations and our product safety.

7.       Canada Shipping? What should I know about it?

We use USPS service to ship to Canada which takes approximately 7 to 10 business days. Canadian Customs is very strict while dealing with other shipping providers like UPS and FEDEX.

8.       Can I use my own Shipping account to order the product?

Unfortunately that is not possible in EBay. If you do want to purchase it that way, you have to do so off-eBay. Our website is www.blisscomputers.net

9.       What is your Dead Pixel Policy?

We do try to strive for the products with no dead pixels but it might not be possible in every case. In general, 3 to 5 dead pixel is accepted in the screen market under ISO 13406-2 standard. If there are more than 5 dead pixels, we will gladly replace the screen.

10.   Can you declare the product as Gift?

We cannot declare the product as the gift. We are registered vendor with the shipping company and our business is known to them as well. They pick up more than 700 products per day from us and so they know that we don't ship 700 gifts per day.

11.   Do you have Laptop LCD removal instructions if I want to fix the new LCD myself?

12.   Can I pay by Money Order? If yes, how?

Yes. Send the MO with complete details including your contact number and product information at:

Money order clears faster and shipping is faster. While interstate or international check clearance takes sometimes more than 7 days.

13.   Will I receive exact part number?

You will receive the newer compatible part. The original part numbers may not be available if your laptop is older. LCD manufacturers manufacture latest versions of the same products every other month and we prefer to stock and ship those against selling original LCD part number as newer versions come equipped with better LCD quality and technology

14.   Why are there multiple prices for the same product?

We continuously update our product database. We insert and remove the products as and when available. If both the listings have similar specs, you can choose the cheaper listing. The product will be the same.

15.   Shipping to Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, Afghanistan & Iraq?

Please allow 10 to 15 days shipping time to these countries.
