Why buy new? Purchasing reconditioned fitness equipment allows our customers to take advantage of used equipment that has been completely factory restored to look, feel and operate like new. Here at EZ FitnessSales, our goal is to provide top level quality fitness equipment, affordable prices, superior attention to detail and 110% customer satisfaction. Each piece of reconditioned equipment goes through an extensive rebuild, service, painting and detail process.
What does our recondition process entail?
-Motors/Drive components (rollers, motors, generators, crank shafts etc) - Each of these parts are taken apart, bench tested for wear and rebuilt.
-Wear items (belts, wheels, decks, overlays, ramps). All items are replaced with brand new parts. Most elliptical ramps are recovered with a new surface.
-Electronics (consoles, control boards, heart-rate, power cords). All electronics are carefully removed and cleaned with high pressure air. Any electronic damage is sent out for repair or completely replaced. All power cords are inspected for wear and replaced if necessary.
-Frame- One of our trained-licensed technicians thoroughly inspects each frame for structural damage and ensures the product meets factory specifications. Any excessive damage is repaired/re-welded to ensure smooth and safe operation. Each frame is stripped down to the bare metal by sandblasting and/or sanding. All frames will be completely free of any rust, structural damage and excessive uneven paint surfaces. Our 3 step sanding process includes 3 different grits of sandpaper. Once stripped to bare metal, each frame is primed. Once cured we paint each frame with 2 coats of industrial automotive paint over 2 days to ensure proper adhesion. Once dry, we will clear coat each piece with 2 coats of industrial automotive clear. All paint used will resemble the original paint. Want to choose your own paint? -Plastic- All plastic is inspected for damage. Any plastic piece with damage that cannot be repaired will be replaced. Each piece is sanitized, lightly sanded and repainted. All decals will be replaced if needed.
Packaging/Shipping- All products will be broken down, crated and carefully packaged so that they arrive in the same condition they left our facility. We take great pride in our work and take extra measures to ensure that your product is safe throughout the duration of transport. Due to the extensive recondition process and offering the ability to customize your equipment, please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of payment to receive your product.
What kind of warranty do we offer with reconditioned product?
-For items placed in a residential environment, we offer 1 year on mechanical parts and 6 months on labor.
-For items placed in a business/commercial environment, we offer 6 months on parts and 90 days on labor.
All equipment purchased and placed into any location within the continental United States will be covered under warranty by EZ FitnessSales. Warranties are non-transferable and will only be covered at the location to which they are delivered. Any damage caused by customer negligence, and/or improper assembly/installation, and/or transport will not be covered by EZ FitnessSales.
