E&B Electronics will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of New Jersey. We do NOT charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states in the USA. If your credit card billing address is in the state of NJ and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. A 7% sales tax is automatically calculated on both the value of the product's and the shipping charge as required by New Jersey State law.
International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the technology market, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased. Please rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.
Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference. The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.
All merchandise except for oversized items (e.g. plasma and rear projection televisions) advertised online are usually shipped via UPS or USPS.
All packages shipped from our online site that are valued over $250.00 require a signature upon delivery. Please arrange for someone to sign for the delivery if you are unable to do so. We recommend that you provide an email address, so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order, and send you tracking information. You will be able to track your order online for an estimated time of arrival. UPS will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to E&B Electronics.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, we will ship your order via USPS since UPS is unable to deliver to those destinations. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, E&B Electronics will contact you before the order is processed.
Oversized Merchandise Delivery:
Oversized merchandise (plasma, rear projection and LCD televisions over 37") are shipped via a trucking company that specializes in Home Delivery. Since these items are large and fragile they require special handling and cannot be shipped via standard delivery methods.
Merchandise shipped via this specialized Home Delivery service will be delivered in 5-7 business days following the shipping day. A shipping company representative will contact you while the TV is in transit to schedule an appointment for delivery. You will be provided with a 4-5 hour delivery time window between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If you will not be available to accept delivery during those hours, you may request a special delivery time for an additional fee.
Today's TVs are sophisticated and delicate pieces of electronic equipment. We primarily use 2 methods of shipment, each with its own unique options.
Threshold Delivery: A single driver will deliver the merchandise to your front entrance (threshold), provided that it is on ground level. If the approach to the entrance requires stairs (second floor or higher, basement), your order will be delivered to the point closest to the entrance (threshold) that doesn't require stairs. If the entrance requires a flight of stairs please select our White Glove Service.
White Glove Delivery: A team of two drivers will deliver the merchandise to any room at the destination address. Your merchandise will be unpacked and placed anywhere you desire*, and all the debris will be removed (does not include assembly or installation). Note: Customer must notify E&B Electronics in advance to request White Glovery Delivery.
Oversized Merchandise Acceptance Instruction:
We take every precaution during our shipping preparation process to ensure that oversized merchandise gets to you in perfect condition. Every shipment is individually palletized.
Note: Please see our Return Policy before signing for any item.
Although it is unusual for our oversized merchandise, shipped via our special Home Delivery trucking company, to sustain damage during transit, it is important to inspect the merchandise upon delivery! Please inspect the merchandise (NOT the box it came in) for damage. The delivery driver is required to wait while you visually inspect the merchandise for physical damage. It is not necessary to lift the merchandise out of the carton for inspection; you may simply remove the plastic tabs located on the side of the box, and then easily slide it off the merchandise.
Please recognize that shipping cartons do occasionally sustain a little damage during transit. Do not refuse the delivery if you notice MINOR damage to the box. Please remove the box and inspect the actual merchandise for physical damage before signing acceptance for the shipment.
If the merchandise (NOT the shipping carton) is damaged, please refuse the delivery and make a notation describing the damage on the delivery manifest receipt. We will send a replacement immediately after we receive confirmation from our carrier that the merchandise has been damaged.
Additional fees for oversized merchandise delivery will be applied to the following circumstances:
Redelivery (oversized merchandise only): If you are not at the delivery location when the driver attempts delivery during the scheduled delivery time window, or request the driver to come back at a later time, there will be a $50 charge.
Refused Delivery (oversized merchandise only): If you refuse delivery on merchandise that is not defective or damaged, you will be refunded for the returned merchandise less our cost of shipping (including the return) in addition to our standard 10% return processing fee.
Shipping Address Change:
Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn't been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping destination.
What exclusions apply to the "Free Ground Shipping" Promotion?
Free ground shipping offer is not available for international orders, APO’s, PO Boxes or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other destination requiring air service by water. Please call for price quote on shipping
We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. E&B Electronics will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.
Order Processing Time:
E&B generally processes orders the very same day, however certain items may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before they ship, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines.

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging in the same condition as sold, including all literature/instructions/documentation, blank warranty cards, and all supplied accessories. If warranty cards or rebate forms are filled, items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box with any writing. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. E&B Electronics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
The following items cannot be returned for credit or exchange once opened:
A/V Furniture, A/V Receivers, Computer Peripherals, Consumables, DJ Equipment, Gaming Consoles, Headphones, Home Theater, Laptops, Microphones, Printers, Projectors Shavers, Fitness equipment, large appliances, security items, special order merchandise, camping equipment, sunglasses, watches, software, TV’s, computer components, Tablets, Bluray players, and DVD players. If unopened, these products may be returned within 7 days.
Car and Marine Electronics may be returned/exchanged within 30 days after the date of the order or 15 days after receipt of the item, whichever is longer. If an item is defective, we will exchange it with an identical item. Both opened and unopened items may be exchanged or refunded within the allotted time frame, less a 20% restocking fee. Note: Electronics are price sensitive items and, as such, the time frames above are strictly enforced and we cannot make exceptions when items are intended to be gifts or any other special circumstances.
Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing peripherals or may not be accepted at all, at the sole discretion of E&B Electronics.
Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to E&B Electronics with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender.
The product serial number must match the serial number in our database (E&B Electronics maintains serial number tracking).
Return merchandise must be double boxed. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to E&B Electronics
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
If an item you received that is defective and you have requested an RMA within our allotted time frame, we will certainly replace the item with a new one. However, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four (4) business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.
Merchandise that ships via truck cannot be returned for refund or exchange, nor can these orders be cancelled or refused once shipped. (We may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor Purchase Policy
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor orders come with full Manufacturer's Warranties. Most include in-home service.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors are not returnable to E&B Electronics. If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. E&B Electronics can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/ Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.
Any claims for damage/concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of item. . No claim of damage/defect will be accepted after 24 hours. After 1 business day no returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. Manufacturer’s warranty only applies. For your convenience we do offer extended warranties.
If you are refuse the delivery of an undamaged TV, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only, less a 20% restocking fee.You will not be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
If your television does arrive damaged please contact our customer service department immediately at (201) 842-1148 so that we can arrange for a replacement to be shipped out.
Please note that all televisions with 6 or less dead pixels is industry standard for all manufacturer's. There will be no refunds or exchanges for television with 6 or less dead pixels.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA #
If any of the above conditions are not met, E & B Electronics reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 20%. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return RMA# are valid for 10 days. Merchandise must reach us within 10 days of receiving the return RMA#. Please call (201) 842-1148 to get a return RMA number.
Each product sold on this site is packaged with applicable manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions. We encourage you to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer so that they can contact you when necessary.
E&B Electronics is not an authorized reseller of certain products listed for on our website. To be an authorized reseller, manufacturers may require that E&B Electronics abide by manufacturer's suggested and minimum selling prices.
E & B Electronics would not be able to provide you with low prices if in compliance with certain manufacturer's suggested and minimum selling prices. In instances where E&B Electronics is not an authorized reseller of the products sold, these manufacturers may decline to offer the manufacturer's warranties that usually accompany the product being purchased. These products may be purchased directly from the manufacturers with such manufacturer's warranties but may not be offered by manufacturers at the deeply discounted prices offered by E & B Electronics. E&B Electronics cannot be responsible for the decision of a manufacturer not to offer or abide by such warranties. In the event a manufacturer fails to honor their warranty within a 1 year period, please contact us directly.
