work hard to describe each item offered for sale in as accurate a manner
as possible. Item descriptions uses the phrase “approx” for a reason.
Gemstone color, size and weight and jewelry size and weight may vary by 10
to 20%. Gemstone weights are based on average weights for standard cuts in
a stated size. Ring sizes are accurate to the closest ½ size. We make
every effort to accurately represent an item’s description, color and
appearance. Photos may be enlarged to show detail and monitor settings may
affect the color of images. Suggested retail values are listed in good
faith but may vary widely depending on location and the current market
value of precious metals, gems and finished jewelry. In the event of an
error or omission on our part in the description of any item in excess of
the allowed tolerance listed above the buyer is entitled to cancel the
sale and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the item including
any shipping and handling fees.
PRODUCT
& AVAILABILITY: We
carry ONLY First Quality items. Never seconds, irregulars, used items,
cast-offs or, overruns. All of our items are brand new and go through a
rigorous quality control program.... Occasionally, we experience a
shortage of our in-house inventory due to sales in our Store, on our Web
Sites and our Auctions. We try very hard to ALWAYS have on hand a large
inventory of currently popular or, seasonal jewelry and gift items. If, we
do oversell an item, we make every effort to ship your item(s) as fast as
humanly possible. Sometimes, this will add 2-3 days to the delivery due to
the short wait for our warehouse to send your item over to us. When this
happens we offer you several possibilities. 1. We ship as soon as we can
and, include a gift as a part of our apology. 2. If, your item is
back-ordered or, unavailable for any reason, we will offer several like
items and, include a gift. 3. We will gladly refund your purchase with our
apologies and positive feedback left. (if there is any problem we will
contact you immediately)
RETURNS:
We
stand behind our items and offer a money back guarantee on every item we
sell.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return
it within 30 days of the date of sale or auction end date for a refund or
credit - no questions asked. We will not accept a return on items that
have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way.
Shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable. Pack the
item in the original packing materials. Be certain to include a copy of
your invoice. Also, include a brief explanation for the return and
indicate whether you are requesting a credit towards other items or, a
refund. Returns must be mailed in a sturdy box or, padded envelope. Return
postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you when
your return has been received. Returns are processed within 14 days of
receipt.
