In the advert you described these stickers as 1"x2". The size you supplied is 1.6"x3.35". The shipping costs of $17.73 and GST of $2.38 are outrageous for items that weigh only 3ozs ground adv USPS$4.13 (item only cost $5.95). I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded within seconds of discovering this after placing the order. You ignored this on numerous occasions and have never communicated with us at all. All in all this was a ripoff. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Working to rectify the situation. There was never numerous contact messages though, just one. Obviously my new ebay helper had missed it. I am very sorry about that. Things do happen.
