The seller was great to work with, the mattress was delivered very quickly and coordinated easily with the delivery company. My only complaint is the mattress is a lot firmer than expected but I’m hoping it just needs broken in. That’s more on me than the seller though. The seller does accept returns, but you need to rebox it so be careful when opening your mattress as you may need to reuse the box it came in. All in all I would buy from again, at a fraction of the cost of retail stores! Thanks!

You all Must Know This: I have mattress stores all around me on the west coast and I reached out to this mattress store in New York to buy this mattress and the service I received and the speed in which this mattress was sent and the thoughtful protective wrapping around it was 100 percent amazing.
