Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will ship within 24hrs of cleared payment. Most items ship USPS Priority(14oz and up) or First Class Parcel(13oz or less). We will use UPS as well when necessary or offered within the listing.

Tracking # will be available on the eBay and/or PayPal transaction details page within 48hrs of payment. You should also receive the tracking automatically from eBay/PayPal but the automated system is not always reliable. For best tracking results it is best to enter your # directly on the USPS or UPS website.

We are proud to ship items to members of our military (APO/FPO addresses) via USPS Priority. Arrival times will vary.

Please keep in mind when entering your feedback ratings that we do not profit from shipping charges like most sellers. We have no control of ship costs so please don't give us low ratings due to the costs set forth by USPS and UPS.

Here at East Coast Xtreme we offer worldwide shipping on all of our products. While we are sensitive to the high cost of international shipping we cannot offer the First Class Mail International service. This service does not offer certificate of mailing, delivery confirmation, or insurance and both us as a seller and you as a buyer are not protected.

We at East Coast Xtreme are sensitive to the high cost of International shipping and will offer the Flat Rate Envelope service, however, this service does not offer insurance and we will not be responsible if your items are lost or damaged. It is always recommended that you use the Priority Mail Package service for your protection as a buyer.

*Both services estimate delivery at 6 - 10 days, however, delivery time will depend on customs. Most of our shipments have been delivered within the estimated time but it is not unusual for a package to take 2-3 weeks to arrive due to customs inspection. We will ALWAYS process and ship your items within 2-5 "business" days of cleared payment. USPS tracking info is not the best so please be patient.
