If you place an order on our items by mistake or you do not want to complete the transaction, please do contact us by eBay message in time, it’s no problem for us to cancel the order for you. If you don’t contact us, an unpaid case may be opened by eBay.

Q: Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?

Sorry, We can’t mark any package as Gift, it will be rejected by Customs., we normally mark the parcel with low value to help to avoid high tax. Or we are happy to follow your request about declaration. Please kindly note.

Q: Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?

We Offer combined payments and shipping, if you purchases more than one item from us, you can pay for all of them by a single payment, saving your time. And we can ship all your purchase in one package.

Q: How do I pay for my eBay purchase?

We now only accept PayPal payment. You can just bid the item you want to buy. Then you can follow up eBay steps to pay the item by PayPal.

Q: What is the total amount I owe for my eBay purchases?

After you bid all items you need in our store, you can send us a request for correct invoice with the total amount.

Q: How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchase?

We allow 7days to pay for the item after the item bid. And We Offer combined payments, you can arrange one payment for multiple transactions from us.

Q:Do you accept Credit Card Payments?

We do not accept during this present period.

Q:Do you accept money orders or personal checks?

We do not accept payment in the form of money order or personal check. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
  • The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
  • Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while we will cover all cost of send out replacement.
  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
  • Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?

The postage will be listed on our listing. Please refer to our listing for the detail. For the locations not on the listing, please contact us by eBay message for the detail.

The shipping price covers shipping, insurance and handling charges. International taxes or duties are at the buyer’s expense.

Q: Do you offer fast shipping?

We do offer fast shipping ( EMS/ DHL). But extra postage is needed for different countries. Please contact us for quotation, if you need fast shipping service.

Q: Has my order been shipped?

We will update the status of shipment on eBay system once the parcel left warehouse, the order status will be changed and a dispatch email will be sent to you. You can check the order status on eBay system.

Q: What International shipping options do I have?

We ship most of our items by China POST regular airmail or Registered airmail. You can choose express mail, but extra potage is needed, please contact us by eBay message for quotation.

Q: How long will it take for delivery?

The delivery time frame is directly dependent upon the shipping method selected for the order.

EMS Express Mail International takes approximately 8-15 business days in transit on average to reach customs.

DHL takes approximately 4~7 business days in transit on average to reach customs.

Once the package arrives at customs it will be processed and delivered to you. Processing times at customs will vary, and we are unable to confirm how long customs may take.

Q: Where is my items ?

as we all know that International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs, transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at your door.

Q:Do I have to pay customs duties, taxes or fees?

Yes.  Each country has different procedures and regulations for incoming packages. Please check with the proper local authorities regarding duties, taxes and fees before you make your bid or purchase. We are not responsible for local fees.

If you fail to pay local duties or taxes and your package is returned to us your shipping fee will not be refunded.
