The seller contacted me to tell me that he had mistakenly identified the coin as a Proof, and it wasn't, and offered to exchange it for another coin or cancel the order. Upon checking, I realized that the mint, in fact, did not issue a 2023 Philadelphia Proof coin, so I was attempting to purchase something that didn't exist. I asked the seller to cancel the order, and appreciate that this was brought to my attention.
