We offer A Money Back Guarantee on all Ink Cartridges/Refills, Continuous Ink systems, Toner Cartridges/Refills, and replacement chips. We only ask you follow our steps:
- Contact us with your issue and allow Technical Support to help you fix it first
- if you still cannot be helped request an RMA # and follow the steps provided at that point
- Once we have received your item we will refund your money in full including Shipping and Handling
- If your Item can be exchanged such as an Ink Cartridge that arrive malfunctioning, we ask you allow us to exchange the product for no extra Charge. If you decide not to proceed we will still Refund.
You have 30 days from receiving the product to contact us regarding this issue. After which we will not be able to refund or exchange but technical support will still be available to you. Continuous Ink systems have a 60 day Warranty. |
