Ship-to Locations

• We ship worldwide

• Please Contact us for Custom shipping for GU,PR,AK,HI

Additional Info that may apply to your shipment

• If you are purchasing an Item which states it is sent by the United States Postal Service, and you purchase multiple items your shipment may be changed to UPSGround due to the weight of the package.

• We do not Charge Handling or packaging fees

• Insurance is included in the USA and Canada.

• Saturday/Sunday are not included in the Shipping or Handling Times

Handling Times

• Our handling times vary depending on the product. We ship most items within 2 BUSINESS days. Occasionally we will be temporarily out of stock and all efforts will be made to contact you and inform you of the wait and give you the option to cancel the transaction. You are welcome to contact us at support@easyinkandtoner.com to check to ensure we have stock.

• Our cut of times for processing Orders is 6am PST Mon-Fri. Any order made after that time will be processed the NEXT day. Handling time starts the day the order is processed. 

Foreign Customs

• We will not alter values on packages to help avoid customs fees. If we do this we can not insure our packages for its proper value

• ALL Customs charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Combined Shipping

• We will combine shipping on all items , and are purchased with 5 days of each other.

• PLEASE request an invoice after purchase if you are ordering items from different listings. Your auto-calculated shipping cost may be higher than what the actual cost will be. International shipping calculations are more often right than wrong though with the exception of Canada.

• Feel free to email us in advance with the items you are wishing to combine so we can give you an accurate price before hand.

Your Ship-To Address

• Please ensure your ship-to address is correct during the checkout process. We don't mind the time of having to reship the item or pay the return cost. But if the address that was given to us was incorrect we ask that you pay for reshipment

Shipping Delivery Standards

• Things to factor into shipping time

  • The delivery standards are claimed by the companies. After we send the item we can't control the length of delivery. Please take this into consideration. 99% of  items get delivered on time and in good condition.

  • Please factor in Handling time on top of the shipping time

  • Business days refer to Monday to Friday; the weekend does not count towards the delivery time

  • Foreign Customs can hold your package as long as they want, it is out of our control

  • Priority Mail® to the USA:  2-5 BUSINESS DAYS to USA

  • Express Mail International Worldwide: 3-10 Business Days when customs is factored in.
