 | A: Both FedEx and USPS surcharge many packages based on their size, sometimes causing the shipping cost to be higher than you might expect for the item's weight. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely, so our shipping cost also includes a nominal handling fee to cover our first-quality packing materials and professional packing services. |

 | A: We can ship most items to Australia, Canada, Guam, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, USVI, BVI, and European Union countries. When international shipping is available, the rates will be shown in our shipping calculator. International shipping may not be available on some larger items due to postal regulations. |

 | A: No invoice is necessary. To get your total due, simply click the Pay Now link in the listing to enter our checkout system.  | Q: Will you indicate “gift” on the Customs declaration form so I don’t have to pay import duties? |

 | A: No. Declaring a shipment as a "gift" when it actually contains purchased merchandise is a violation of United States federal law that carries stiff penalties including fines and imprisonment. Therefore, we identify all purchased merchandise as such on the Customs declaration for international shipments. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. |
 | Q: Will you indicate a lower value on the Customs declaration form to reduce the import duties? |

 | A: No. We specify the winning bid amount as the item value on our export declaration. The shipping and handling cost will also be shown. |
 | Q: Why did my country’s post office charge me taxes/duties/fees to deliver my item? |

 | A: The post office in your country may impose Customs duties, VAT and/or import brokerage fees on one or both of these amounts by the post office in your country. These are not included in our shipping fees (in fact, eBay prohibits us from including them), so they are your responsibility to pay upon delivery of your item. |
