At Ecclecstacy Arts we try to reduce pollution in any way possible. By ordering our larger incense package deals, bulk packages and assortments you are not only getting more for your dollar, you are also helping to reduce the emissions from transportation and paper making, plus, you are helping by purchasing online instead of driving. Less packages equals less exhaust and less trees cut, so buying more at one time is an environmentally friendly way to shop. Even if you aren't sold on the idea of global warming you need only visit the areas east of Los Angeles, or the Chicagoland area during the summer months to actually see that pollution and air quality are a real problem. For this reason we no longer ship daily, nor do we offer express mailing. By shipping every other day we can maintain quick service while cutting our emissions in half and keeping your cost down in the process. Of course, you may wait an extra day or two for your order, but you are helping the Earth in the process.

1. Shipping includes the cost of a box, labels, the percentage charged to process the shipping payment, etc.. If your order is leaving the USA your shipping charge includes the time to prepare the additional paperwork and stand in line to send your orders. Domestic orders do not require these extra services.

2. Foreign orders take additional time and require additional paperwork for shipping. Foreign shipping now always costs more than the USA. If you are charged the USA rate ebay's new foreign shipping calculator malfunctioned. Please contact us immediately.

3. Wood powders, resins and certain other items will need to be picked up from the post office in person in some countries.

4.Duties, taxes, etc. specific to your country are your responsibility.  You may receive a bill from customs in your country.  Please check your customs policies.  Please do not ask us to declare the parcel as 'no value'.  This is fraud.  If you are purchasing commercial samples for your business please let us know.

5. In addition to extra processing time in our warehouse and in the shiping office, foreign orders generally take longer in transit, sometimes much longer depending on where it is going and what type of attention customs gives it.  If your order takes over 3 weeks please contact us for shipment numbers and to begin an inquiry if necessary.

If you are outside the USA you must read the
foreign shipping policies before bidding or buying.
Foreign shipping charges include a handling fee to pay the person who writes
out the customs forms. Purchasing acknowledges that you have read,
understand and agree with these terms.

7. Please note, Italy and Spain must be preapproved unless
you have purchased from us previously
or have over 100 positive feedbacks.

8. Aloeswood/agarwood products may only be shipped within North America. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are no longer able to ship aloeswood items overseas due to CITES restrictions.

NOTE - Customers outside the USA - please read our foreign shipping policies before purchasing. Variable delays are common to all foreign locations with first class mailing, and customs is sometimes intrigued by the fragrance.
NO SHIPPING TO SPAIN - Incense is made of plant materials and customs will dispose of it if inspected.
