Received a lovely email from Cameron, explaining there is a problem with the postage for listing, which they have been trying to get eBay to sort out - so far, to no avail.
I've asked Cameron to cancel the order, so am leaving positive feedback in good faith that this will be done. It is refreshing to receive a prompt, polite email from a seller, clearly setting out the situation and giving me options as to whether I want to continue, given the change of position (extra costs).
