Restricted Items - NEW!
eBay policy (and California law - eBay is a registered business in the state of California) restricts us from selling/ shipping any form of weapon or weapon accessory that can be mounted to any part of a firearm internationally. If an item we sell does not have any internationally shipping information listed this is most likey the reason why.
Some items restricted to sell on eBay internationally include but is not limited to: police batons, OC pepperspray, gun grips, weapon sights, rifle & shotgun stocks, magazine speedloaders, picatinny rail accessories, etc. Also folding knives may no longer be sold internationally.
We can sell/ ship holsters, targets, cleaning kits and supplies and gun security/safety items internationally on eBay.
However, we do have our own independant webstore where we DO sell many of the items restricted on eBay internationally.

Import Tax (Duties) / VAT
Most countries apply some form of import taxation (known as duties or VAT) on imported goods. If you are unsure if your country applies import taxes you should contact your local Customs agency for further information.
- The buyer is responsible to pay all import taxes.
- We have ZERO control over import taxes and cannot qoute you costs - contact your country's government.
- Please do not leave Neutral/ Negative feedback concerning import fees - it is a violation of eBay policy.
- We cannot misrepresent your order as a "gift" on Customs forms - it is illegal.
Please do not order items that are in violation of your countries Customs laws. Goods that are in violation of importation laws are subject to seizure and loss. Contact your countries Customs Agency if you are unsure if an item conforms to import laws.
- We are not responsible for items that are seized, held or confiscated by Customs!

Shipping Internationally
Although most international orders arrive between 4-14 days (depending on destination country and shipping method), sometimes a package is delayed for reasons out of the control of eCop! (Customs is usually the reason).
Our primary shipping method for international orders is USPS First Class Mail International, International Express, Parcel Post and Global Priority mail. If the country you reside in does not receive USPS service an alternate method may be used at our discretion; and your costs to ship may be higher due to special handling/ packaging costs. If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $100 USD then the order will be shipped USPS International Express Mail and additional insurance fees may apply.
If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner after we indicate the package was shipped, please contact Customs and/or your local Post Office first before contacting eCop! Police Supply. Be aware - International shipments can take up to 30 days!
- We are not responsible for international items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
- If you wish to ensure your shipment arrives securely then we recommend you purchase insurance.
Payment Methods Accepted
We only accept international payments in U.S. dollars and only in the form of Paypal.
We DO NOT accept any other form of payment such as Bank checks, Postal checks, wire transfers, etc...
We will return any bank or postal checks and we will not ship the order until we receive a payment in the form we accept.
Feedback
We leave positive feedback for our buyers immediately upon payment reception and we ask the same in return from you at your earliest convenience. Please, Please Please....before posting a neutral or negative feedback, give us the opportunity to address your specific concerns. Customer service is important to us and many issues can be resolved simply by sending us an email. By leaving a neutral or negative feedback we have little incentive to make things right for you and more than likely you will be added to our Blocked Buyers List (BBL), which automatically blocks you from purchasing from us in the future on eBay.
