Q:What is your return policy?
A:Defective items covered under a manufacturer warranty are replaced by the manufacturer (we will assist you). Non-defective items may be returned but have a 30% restock charge. Wrong sized items may be exchanged with the same item of the correct size at the buyer's shipping expense (to and from eCop!). Contact us direct: ecop@ecoppolicesupply.com
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We gladly combine shipping charges and in many cases the cost savings are substantial. Actual combined shipping charges are dependant on country and will be calculated on an individual basis. Contact us directly at ecoppolicesupply.com if you have any further questions or would like a shipping qoute on a multiple item order.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:All orders are normally shipped the next business day. If your order is not shipped out within 3 business days we will email you with an updated status on your order. After shipment we will notify you via eBay. If you are an international buyer and your package has not arrived within 30 days contact Customs and your Post Office in your country.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Dependant on actual weight of the total package. We also include a nominal packaging and handling fee to cover the cost of supplies and (for international orders) the extra time and cost to ship your order.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We gladly ship internationally and have shipped packages to every continent in the world. International buyers should keep in mind that there may be added charges when your item enters your country in the form of import taxes. eCop! has no control over these costs nor do we have the ability to give you a cost estimate on these charges.
Q:Do you sell other items or sizes not found in your Store?
A:Yes, we do. If you are interested in an item or a size not shown in our store, email us direct at ecop@ecoppolicesupply.com.
Q:Do you give a price break for a bulk item purchase?
A:Yes we do. Cost per item is dependant on the quantity ordered. If you are interested in receiving a price qoute for a bulk order (not less than 10 items of a given product) contact us directly at ecop@ecoppolicesupply.com
Q:I am an international buyer and I am wondering if my country allows a particular item, do you know?
A:Contact your country's Custom department directly for this information. Every country has their own list of prohibited and restricted items.
Q:I bought an item and now you say it is on backorder, what gives?
A:We maintain an inventory here at eCop! and we only advertise what we actually stock. Unfortunately from time to time sales occur faster than we can update our inventory shown on eBay. Fortunately this occurs VERY RARELY. If your item has to be ordered we will keep you posted on the status of your item
Q:My item does not fit correctly may I exchange it?
A:Yes. We use the charts for sizing directly from the manufacturer. If your gloves or clothing does not fit we will exchange them for the same item of a different size at no charge. However, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to and from eCop! contact us directly for arrangements at ecop@ecoppolicesupply.com
Q:Will you accept less (money) for an item I am interested in?
A:All our items in our Store feature the Best Offer feature. Send us an offer and we will review it. We also run sales and special shipping discounts through our EXCLUSIVE private email list. It is an opt-in email list and anyone can join. See our homepage for details.
Q:To whom I make out a check or money order to?
