Order Processing & Payments

We normally (not a gaurentee) ship orders on average of 2 business days after the day we receive a cleared payment.  Sometimes, it may take up to 4 days because of a slow notification from ebay or Paypal, National holiday or an inventory discrepency. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following Wednesday.  

For U.S. orders we accept Paypal.

For international orders, we only accept U.S. dollars payments via Paypal.

 

Shipping

 Orders are normally shipped within 1-5 business days after payment is received (This excludes weekends, U.S. nationally observed holidays) and the during the weeks of Christmas and the New Year's.

 YES!!! WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING!  Shipping costs are combined after full payment for all items is received.  We will refund your Paypal account the difference.  Please be sure to include a note with your purchases to remind us of other items you have purchased to take advantage of the added savings from combined shipping.

  U.S. orders - Will normally be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with FREE delivery confirmation with optional insurance. Some order will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.  If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $150 dollars then insurance will be required.  Orders $250 or more will require signature confirmation.

 International orders - Will normally be shipped USPS First Class Mail International, International Express Mail, Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail.  If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $100 USD then the order will be shipped USPS International Express Mail and additional insurance fees may apply. (See our International Orders page for further information). 

  • We are not responsible for international orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in shipment transit (insure your package!)
  • We are not responsible for items held or confiscated by customs; nor are we responsible for any import taxes (sometimes called Duties or VAT).

 

Returns & Exchanges

 It is eCop!'s desire to ensure customer's are 100% satisfied with every order placed with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order placed with eCop!, contact us within 30 days of reception and we will do our best to make it right! 

 If an item is found to be defective upon arrival and the item is covered under a manufacturer warranty or gaurentee, the buyer will be directed to contact the manufacturer for a possible exchange. eCop! will assist the buyer as needed until the issue is resolved as reasonably possible. Otherwise, the item can either be exchanged or refunded for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

 The item must be in the original condition as received and the item packaging intact and whole as it was shipped by eCop!  The buyer is responsible for all shipment charges on returned items unless we shipped the wrong item - then we will cover the shipping costs!

  • NO ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO eCop! WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ~ (We will not accept the package!!)

 

Feedback

 We leave positive feedback for our buyers immediately upon payment reception and we ask the same in return from you at your earliest convenience.  Please, Please Please....before posting a neutral or negative feedback, give us the opportunity to address your specific concerns.  Customer service is important to us and many issues can be resolved simply by sending us an email.  By leaving a neutral or negative feedback we have little incentive to make things right for you and more than likely you will be added to our Blocked Buyers List (BBL), which automatically blocks you from purchasing from us in the future on eBay.
