Order Processing & Payments
We generally (not a guarantee) process most orders the same day or the next day we receive a cleared PayPal payment. On rare occasions, it may take longer due to slow order notifications from eBay or Paypal.
For all orders, we only accept U.S. dollars payments via Paypal.
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received (This excludes weekends, U.S. nationally observed holidays and during the week prior to and after Christmas and New Year's holiday). Sometimes circumstances beyond our control (such as weather) may delay the delivery of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
U.S. orders - Will normally be shipped via FEDEX Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with FREE delivery confirmation. Some order may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS. If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $120 dollars then insurance is included in the price of the item.
International orders - Will normally be shipped USPS First Class Mail International, International Express Mail, Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail. If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $100 USD then the order will be shipped USPS International Express Mail. (See our International Orders page for further information).
- We are not responsible for items held or confiscated by customs; nor are we responsible for any import taxes (sometimes called Duties or VAT).
Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return your purchase to eCopUSA. The following guidelines apply to return requests submitted to eCopUSA: 1. Items returned that are deemed broken or defective, a listing error, or a shipping error qualify for a full refund that will be covered by eCopUSA. 2. Items returned for ANY reason other than stated above will be considered a customer error. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please note, if an item or the item packaging for a customer error return is missing, incomplete, has been opened or tampered with in any way, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN. Items must be in a resalable pristine condition as Brand New, Unopened, Never Used. Do not return items in any other state as we will refuse the return request and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item (if you choose to reclaim the item). Items that are not reclaimed within 10 days of receipt of the unaccepted return will be disposed of. Please forward questions concerning our returns policy to our customer service team before returning items.
Please note - We do not accept returns for any hazardous materials such as gun oils, liquids, chemical agents or batteries. We also do not accept returns for opened DVD's, light bulbs or under garments.
We leave positive feedback for our buyers immediately upon payment reception and we ask the same in return from you at your earliest convenience.
Customer service is important to us and many issues can be resolved simply by sending us an email.
