The item description and condition was as stated. Item was packaged okay and picked up by shipper within time frame given. If it had not been for icy road conditions the item would have arrived on the first day of the delivery time frame which was stated. ( Icy roads and no mail delivery not the fault of shipper). Good transaction. The bunny experienced a bit of bumping in shipping causing it to have its ears broken. Seller was willing to refund a reasonable portion of cost. I am going to attempt ear surgery to save the bunny. Happy about my purchase with this seller.
