When truck shipment is required, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

Exceptions to our shipping policy will be made on an individual basis, and must be done PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Additional costs will apply for non-standard shipping arrangements.

Occasionally, we may ship items directly from the Manufacturer's nearest stocking warehouse to expedite the receipt by the customer of their product.

All shipping charges are based on shipping from Tomah, WI  54660 and utilize the UPS daily residential rates with no additional handling charges.

Shipping weights as listed are for calculating shipping costs and may vary due to additional packaging requirements or lack thereof.  We pride ourselves on packaging to make certain you will receive your item intact.

Wisconsin tax-exempt organizations can mail or FAX a completed Wisconsin Exemption form to the above address if tax exempt status is desired.

Buyers who do not adhere to the eBay bidding policies will have an improper bidding claim filed with eBay.

Capacitors, electrical controls and other electrical component parts are not returnable.  Items installed and used are generally not returnable.

Unless stated otherwise, all items are NEW and in original packaging.  All returned items must be in new condition as originally shipped to customer with original packaging intact.

There is a 15% restocking charge for all returns, shipping and handling is not refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.  A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns and can be obtained by calling customer service at (608) 372-9384 or by emailing sales@electricmotorsite.com.

Returns without an RMA will not receive a refund and will be returned to customer at their expense.

Any refunds are given in the form in which original payment was made, less the restocking charges.  Refunds will be issued within 7 days following receipt by us of returned item.
