Order Tracking
There are two ways to get tracking info for your order.
1.) We use an automated email system for shipping notification. You should receive an email when your shipment has been processed. Because it is an automated email it may be spammed by some email servers. Please check your spam if you have not received your tracking information. No automated email is sent for USPS orders.
2.) All tracking numbers will also be posted to the order screen. You can pull up your order on eBay and the tracking information will be posted there. For USPS international shipments this is the only way to get tracking info.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Tracking information may not be posted until 24 hours after the order has shipped, and items may not ship until the day after the order is placed.
- You may not be able to track the item right away, if the tracking number is invalid please wait 24 hours and try again. If it is still invalid after that please check your order on eBay, a new tracking number may have been posted for your item.
- If you have not received a valid tracking number within 48 hours please contact us.
