The board came really fast and it was very nicely packaged. Unfortunately, one of the speaker connections fell off in transit, which can happen sometimes. The seller and I were hoping they had a replacement board to send, which they were very willing to do, but this was a special dual-graphics board so it’s not very common. They still issued me a full refund and I appreciate it. Would definitely still buy from this seller in the future.

Seller offers great communication and replies quickly.However, the item I ordered was dead on arrival. I'm sure this wasn't intentional but it still is a hassle since I've been waiting for it for about 2-3 weeks, and I had to pay import fees that I will most likely never be refunded for. Overall, I had a pretty good experience with the seller, but I'm bummed that I have to send the item back and wait several weeks for my refund.

We are sorry to hear the item did not work. This is an international buyer. We test prior to listing. Not sure if his machine had other issues that it would not work or if something happened to this, we will test it when we get it back.
