Return Policy :
We will exchange any defective products that were not used for the same model under the following conditions :
Item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it at your own expense.
The Item is returned with a full explanation of its defect and a full name and address that they would like the new one sent to.
The item is returned in it's original box with all the things that it originally came with including the , Manual, and the warranty card.
You will be responsible for making sure that the package is returned to us safely.
When we receive the package we will replace and ship you out a new one at our own cost. Please allow 24-48 hours for a replacement to be shipped out.
