We accept PayPal only. Ebay no longer allows payment by money order.
Winning bidders using paypal must pay within 3 days. If the payment is not received within
the timeframe described above then second chance offers may be sent to other bidders if applicable
or the item will be relisted.

- Local pickup is allowed.
- When you do local pickup, you must pay in our store.
- We are open 10AM to 7PM, Mon-Sat
Local pickup is allowed except when payment is made with PayPal. If
payment is made with PayPal then we have to ship to the PayPal
Confirmed Address in accordance with PayPal's Seller Protection
Policy.

- We can only ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address
- Items ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Items sent via UPS will arrive 3-5 business days after they are shipped.
- In total, it may take up to 8 business days to receive an item sent via UPS.
- Items sent via US Postal Service will take longer.
We ship using UPS ground. Items are usually shipped within 2-3
business days but circumstances beyond our control may delay
shipping. We do not offer expidited shipping. Items are sent to the
lower 48 states only. UPS can not send to P.O. Boxes. Per PayPal
Seller Protection Policy, we only ship to the PayPal Confirmed
Address. Do not ask us to change the shipping address. If you need
to send to a particular address, change it in your paypal account
before you bid. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping
and handling charge. If the item is damaged in shipping the buyer
must retain all original shipping containers and notify us within
48 hours and instructions will be given. In the event a damage
claim is filed with UPS, the buyer agrees to the settlement of
the claim. A UPS tracking number will be sent to buyer's email
associated with the paypal payment.

Changing Shipping Address

Due to PayPal Seller Protection Policy and Ebay rules we must ship items to the address that appears on your PayPal
Payment.
Because of these rules:
- We can NOT ship gifts directly to your family or friends.
- We can NOT ship to your work instead of your home.
- We can NOT ship to a new address because you recently moved.
- We can NOT change your shipping address after you have paid.
Please be extra careful that you select the correct shipping address when you pay for an item with PayPal. There is no way to correct
an incorrect address on a PayPal transaction once it is sent! We have complained to PayPal on behalf of our inconvenienced customers
and they have yet to fix this problem.
Holiday Gift Items: Notice that we can not make exceptions to this rule for gifts! Please keep this in mind when ordering and allow
yourself extra time if you are trying to send gifts before the holidays.

Buyers with shipping addresses located in areas in the United States
not serviced by UPS Ground service but still serviced by the US Postal
Service must contact us before bidding to get a shipping quote for
delivery by US Postal Service. Items shipped via US Postal Service may
be further delayed by up to one week.

Items described as "Guaranteed" may be returned within ten business days
after receving a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number. Items
are not eligible for return without a RMA #. To receive an RMA # you
must submit your request for merchandize return by emailing
the customer support email displayed on your packing slip or call us
with the auction number and a description of the problem within ten
days of receiving the item. Expenses incurred by the buyer in returning
an item are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be compensated by us.
Return merchandize authorization will be granted at our discretion. RMA
requests may be granted if the item is defective in whole or part
except where previously disclosed in the ad. If the item returned by
the buyer it not found to be defective, or is otherwise as described
in the ad, the Buyer will have the option of either being subject to a
twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee or have merchandise returned
to Buyer at Buyer's expense. Returned items that are found to be
defective may be replaced for another like item and shipped at our
expense if available, or refunded at our option. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
Software that are described as "Guaranteed" are guaranteed against
physical defect of the media only. Software may be exchanged for the
same title only. No refunds on open software.
Items described as "AS IS" are not eligible for RMA and may not be
returned for any reason.
