Return Policy

All purchases* (see below for exceptions) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping amount even if you originally had free shipping or paid a promotional shipping price.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact and the product serial number must match the serial number on the manufacturer's box.

*DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / Satellite Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

TV Return Policy

We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged you should refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage.

If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service at 888-257-7500

Damaged claims after 48 hours from date of delivery will not be accepted.

TV's up to and including 42" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

TV's over 42" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.

Defective Returns

For the convenience of our valued customers we offer an easy to follow return policy for defective items. Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery.

Defective products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials including any and all promotional materials shipped with product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

Electronic Express reserves the right to test defective returns and impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

**The following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy and will be covered exclusively by the manufacturers' warranty:

All televisions Larger than 42", Appliances, cellular phones, Video Games & Video Game Consoles, car audio products, car stereo installation parts, satellite products (DirecTV, Sirius, XM) and HDTV Receivers. Televisions 42" and larger will be serviced by an authorized service center and if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

Damaged Returns

We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service at 888-257-7500.

Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Refusing Undamaged Packages

In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promotional shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

Price Match

Electronic Express does not price-match with other retailers for products sold on eBay.com.
