Subject to the conditions listed below, items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit or Exchange. Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused or
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Most of the items in our catalog also have an exchange or repair warrantee. The warrantee period for products varies and may be
subject to change. If you have

A Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) is required for all refunds and exchanges. If you need to return an item for any reason, please complete and return this RMA Request Form to receive an RMA number:

1. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
3. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
4. All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
5. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
6. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
