Shipping times will vary depending on product and manufacturer. Shipping time frames are shown in each listing.
Many products are ready to ship within 1 - 2 days. Some items may take 3-5 days or longer to ship. Please refer individual listing for handling timeframes.
Once shipped, UPS/Fedex ground takes 2-5 days to arrive depending on your location.
You will get tracking information when your order is shipped. Delivery date can be confirmed with tracking number.
We charge only actual shipping or in most cases less than actual shipping.
Every shipment method we use is trackable and insured.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us directly and we will send you out a new item as soon as possible. Should this occur, please do not process as a return, the item will most likely not have to be returned. The carrier will come to inspect it and dispose of it.
We ship via UPS & Fedex and therefore need a physical street address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipment will be delayed until street address is provided.
Shipping to an alternate address
If you need to ship to a different address than your usual home address, please be sure to change the address when you are processing your payment in paypal. During the checkout process, one of the screens will show your address. Click on "Edit Address" and enter the address you would like us to ship the package to. It is very important that you change the address in PayPal if you would like your package to go to an alternate address.
We combine shipping whenever possible. We offer approximately a 40-50% shipping discount on each additional item purchased that can be shipped together. Please email us when you are done shopping and we will send you a combined total. If you want to check out separately that is fine, we will refund the difference.
Many of our items are available for international shipping. We currently ship to Canada, Europe, Japan, and Australia.
Ability to ship certain items to international locations is dependent on size and weight restrictions for your country.
International shipments are shipped via USPS Priority and take 6 - 10 for arrival after shipment.
Note: Import duties, taxes, and any other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up - please do not mistake them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping charges are shown under item price of each listing for the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges usually apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. You may contact us to give you an exact shipping quote.
If you need an item shipped ASAP for a gift, please notify us so we may give your order special attention.
Send us a separate email immediately after purchase and we can see, but not guarantee, if there is away to get it to you quickly as possible.

All items are in stock when listed. In order to offer you the largest selection possible, and due to popularity, and from time to time, items may sell out. If this occurs, you will be notified of the estimated restock date and given the option of keeping your item on backorder, receiving a similar item, or receiving a full refund. If you want to be certain an item is still in stock, please contact us prior to purchasing.
This is reserved for large, heavy or over-sized items such as furniture. Items are palletized and loaded onto a large truck for shipment. Items are delivered by scheduled appointment by lift-gate for to-the-curb or garage service. Carriers are liable for damage in transit. Please inspect for freight damage prior to the driver leaving and reported within 48 hours.
All shipment times are shown in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipment times are average and in remote locations, shipments during the winter holiday season, and cases of extreme weather may exceed the mentioned shipment times.
