| A:Due to the higher costs associated with processing smaller orders, it is very difficult for us to offer our premium-quality fabrics in less than 1-yard increments. Occasionally we have special auctions for fabric remnants. Please search our store for "REMNANT" to find these auctions. |
| Q:Do you offer additional discounts for large purchases? |
|
| A:Since our prices are already up to 40% off retail, we are unable to offer additional discounts. We do offer discounted combined shipping for items paid on a single invoice. US customers also enjoy a maximum shipping charge of $4.95 and free US shipping for orders over $200. Check back often as sale items are updated daily. |
| Q:How much do you have in stock? |

| A:The quantity available is shown at the top of the listing in the gray box. If there is no quantity listed, then we only have one (yard or item) in stock. |
| Q:Do you offer combined shipping? |

| A:Yes. To receive combined shipping for multiple purchases, just buy the items you need. Please do not send payment until you have purchased all your items. When you are through purchasing, email us to request a final total for all your items. |
| Q:What is the condition of the item? |

| A:All of our items are new from the manufacturer. We do not sell used or second-hand items. |
| Q:Do you accept returns? |

| A:Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping upon return receipt of the complete item in good order. Sorry, but due to copyright restrictions we cannot accept returns on books or patterns. Returned items must be shipped within 3 days of receipt. |

| Q:How do I purchase more than one yard of fabric? |

| A:The number of yards available is shown at the top of the listing next to the entry "Quantity." Enter the number of yards you would like to purchase in the quantity box and click on the blue "Buy It Now" button. You will not be able to enter more yards than are available. Follow the on screen directions to complete the purchase. |
| Q:How long can I wait before paying? |
|
| A:Please feel free to add to your order for up to 10 days before sending a single combined payment. When you are ready to pay, just let us know and we will send you an invoice with our money-saving combined shipping rates. If 10 days have passed since your first purchase, we will automatically send you a final combined invoice requesting payment. |
| Q:What are your U.S. shipping & handling charges? |

| A:We combine shipping to save you money! U.S. customers never pay more than $4.95 shipping and handling for any combined order regardless of size. | A:We ship worldwide! Up to 8 yards of quilt-/apparel-weight fabric ships to countries with USPS Priority Mail International service for $12.95USD ($10.95USD to Canada). For larger fabric orders, non-fabric orders or shipping to countries without USPS Priority Mail International service, please consult the listing or contact us prior to purchasing. |

| A:No. Emerald City Fabric & Craft is a licensed business in the United States and is committed to the highest standards of business conduct. We understand that customs duties and taxes can be burdensome to our international customers, but we must strictly adhere to domestic and international import/export regulations. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship each business day (Monday - Friday) so you can receive your purchase as soon as possible. When your item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email at your registered eBay email address. U.S. orders usually arrive 3 to 8 days after shipment. International orders usually arrive 18 to 30 days after shipment. |
| Q:How accurate are the colors in your photographs? |

| A:We photograph our products under full-spectrum lights (similar to natural sunlight) and correct for color using professional digital equipment. Even so, computer monitors cannot render colors accurately, and the coloration and brightness of our fabrics will vary depending on the monitor. |
