SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday after payment has been received. Discounted combined shipping is available in the USA and Canda. Buyers from other countries please email to to see if there is combined shipping for your items. Before paying, email me which items you would like to combine.

TAX

I do not charge tax, I just collect it. Since ESR*Emporium is a licensed business I am required by NYS law to collect tax on all sales made to NYS residents.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

All the merchandise that I sell is new straight from the wholesaler. Exchanges given only if there is a manufacturer's defect. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase if there is a defect. No exchange will be made without a photo of the defect.
