What
is MicroDermabrasion?
Originally
developed in Italy, and quickly adopted by Dermatologists in
the United States, MicroDermabrasion has been used successfully
for years by millions of men and women for the treatment of fine
lines, wrinkles, acne scars, superficial pigmentation and sun-damaged
skin.
MicroDermabrasion with the DermaSPA Cloth is
safe to use on all skin types, whether you are male or female,
have light skin or dark. It is beneficial for both young and
mature skin.
Until now, MicroDermabrasion was only available at your dermatologist,
esthetician or spa. With the DermaSPA Cloth you
can now perform this incredible process in the privacy of your
own home and get as good, if not better, results.
How
does this DermaSPA Miracle Fabric work?
The DermaSPA Cloth works
by utilizing the special processes of MicroDermabrasion to finely
resurface superficial layers of skin. DermaSPA is the
one and only Spa-Grade MicroDermabrasion Cloth available. This
new breakthrough in soft ultrafine fiber technology is a revolution
in cosmetic skin care and enables you to clean your skin deeper
and more thoroughly than any other material. The DermaSPA Cloth gently
exfoliates the skin removing the dull outermost layer and lifting
away imperfections. The skin perceives this as a signal to produce
new fresh cells more rapidly thereby stimulating the production
of a new layer of skin which creates an increased level of collagen
and elastin. This has a rapid effect on the tone and texture
of the skin greatly improving your skins elasticity and appearance.
By increasing microcirculation it brings nutrients to the skin.
This is nature's way to nourish, awaken & rejuvenate the
skin and reduce sagging! The DermaSPA fiber is so fine
that it will bind grease molecules, remove all makeup and dry
cells in your skin with only water. No alcohol, abrasive chemicals
or cleansers are needed. Use Only WATER. Simply
wet, wring out excess water, and treat your skin to a gentle
yet thorough cleansing.
What
results can I expect?
From
the very first time you use DermaSPA you will know that
you are using something unlike anything you've ever tried before.
You will literally feel the difference. Many users comment that
they don't remember their skin ever feeling so good! This is
because DermaSPA utilizes a scientific approach to treat
your skin problems in a way radically different than the standard
products you've used before. DermaSPA DOES NOT barrage
your skin with a harsh mix of substances such as Benzyl Peroxide,
Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid or a multitude of other ingredients
you may have used. DermaSPA DOES NOT fight and attack
your skin to win the battle with acne, blackheads, pimples and
other problems. It utilizes the latest advances in MicroDermabrasion
to remove the elements that are hurting and irritating
your skin so that your skin can become naturally healthy
and balanced!
After
the first treatment you'll feel your skin is softer and smoother.
The next morning you will awake with a more radiant complexion.
With regular use, the DermaSPA process is designed to
reduce fine lines and wrinkles, minimize blemishes and pigmented
skin lesions due to sun damage, reduce open pore sizes, eliminate
Acne and reduce the scars, and eliminate white and blackheads.
The beneficial results on even more stubborn skin problems, like
stretchmarks and cellulite, have been astounding.
How,
and how frequently, do I use it?
Just
moisten and gently wipe skin in a circular motion. The cloth
does the best when damp, so it is important to wring it out before
beginning. Vigorous Microdermabrasion treatments should not be
administered more than once every 7 to 10 days. A series of treatments
over four to six weeks is required to achieve the best results.
Most people see exciting improvements after just one treatment. You determine
the intensity of the treatments. It can be used on the neck,
arms, legs or any part of the skin you desire. Follow
the included instructions and you will get the results
you're looking for.
Waffle
& Terry Weaves - What is the difference?
Enchanted Waters carries both WAFFLE and TERRY Weaves in DermaSPA Cloths. The Terry Weave is ideal for daily skin care (cleaning, exfoliation, preventing and clearing blemishes and blackhead, etc.). The Waffle Weave is more intense and ideal for weekly microdermabrasion and more serious skin problems (acne, scars, wrinkles, dark spots, age spots, etc.).
How do I maintain my skin on a daily basis between Microdermabrasion Treatments?
Regardless
of the Skin Problem you are treating, maintaining the health
of your skin between microdermabrasion treatments is essential.
You need to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized but you want
to refrain from using harsh chemicals. Use the DermaSPA Cloth
gently, ideally with our Enchanted Waters Soap, twice daily -
morning and evening (see following Q & A).
Should I use the cloth every day - with soap?
Yes,
gently! Just be sure to confine your aggressive Microdermabrasion
treatments to once weekly (at most) using just water.
Here is a tip you may find useful:
Weekly: Perform an aggressive Microdermabrasion
treatment with the Waffle Weave DermaSPA Cloth, using
just water, and following the directions that come with your
Cloth.
Daily: Use the Terry Weave DermaSPA
Cloth gently, with our Enchanted Waters Soap, twice daily (morning
and evening). All of our Soaps are designed to work with Microdermabrasion
and are wonderful for maintaining the skin between your weekly
treatments. In addition, our Enchanted Waters Soaps contain the
very best natural moisturizers and humectants to hydrate your
skin.
For active skin maladies, our African Black Soap is renowned
as the world’s best soap for treating acne, burns, rashes, insect
bites, cuts and infected wounds. In addition, it works wonders
on reducing dark spots and wrinkles; it is naturally antibacterial,
antifungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral.
Your weekly Microdermabrasion treatment, along with a gentle
daily washing with the Terry Weave DermaSPA Cloth and our Enchanted
Waters or African
Black Soap, will keep your skin healthy and hydrated for
that Radiant Glow you are looking for.
Why
it is best NOT to use Commercial Soaps:
Nearly all commercially produced soaps are actually detergents containing low
cost animal fat and well known skin toxins like synthetic preservatives, foaming
boosters, fragrances and colorants; chemicals that can irritate your skin and
aggravate your condition.
Our Natural Handmade Enchanted Waters Soaps are environmentally
friendly, vegan, completely biodegradable and always free of any synthetic preservatives,
foaming boosters, fragrances and colorants. We use only vegetable oils, no animal
fats. We also use no lanolin or peanut oils in deference to common allergies.
In addition commercial soaps remove the Glycerin. Glycerin,
a rich emollient prized for its ability to moisturize the skin, is naturally
produced in the soap making process, but because of glycerin's high value it
is extracted and sold for use in more profitable moisturizing lotions and creams,
leaving the hard, drying bars of soap sold commercially.
Our Soaps do not dry-out your skin the way commercial soaps do because all the
glycerin that is naturally produced by the soapmaking process stays in the
soap.

Waters line of soaps.
Does
the DermaSPA Cloth remove make-up?
The
DermaSPA Cloth is incredibly good at removing make-up (even mascara)
and, again, only water and the Cloth are needed.
May
I use other chemical treatments along with the DermaSPA Cloths?
We recommend that you discontinue the use of any chemical or
acne treatments while you are treating your skin problems with
the DermaSPA Cloth. The combination may result in too much irritation
to your skin. It would also prevent you from fairly evaluating
the results of the treatments with the DermaSPA Cloth. If you
do use chemicals you should limit it to at least 24 hours before
or after an aggressive DermaSPA treatment.
May
I use my moisturizer following a microdermabrasion treatment?
While
keeping your skin moisturized is a crucial part of skin care,
immediately following a treatment it is best to avoid any heavy
moisturizers and especially any alcohol based astringents. The
tight feeling in your skin is a sign the treatment was effective.
One of the best ways to protect and nourish your skin between
treatments is to use a good, chemical free, moisturizing soap.

Soaps are actually designed to protect and maintain your skin
between microdermabrasion treatments.
How
does DermaSPA differ from other brands?
You
will find two types of sellers of Microfiber Cloths. Those, like
Enchanted Waters, that sell a High Quality product
and discounters that sell Standard Quality products.
Of course high quality product simply cost more. Since we sell
to Professional Spas and Salons our product has to meet their,
very high, requirements. You, the consumer, may pay a little
more but you are getting a True Quality product.
DermaSPA Cloths are produced from the finest “SPA
Grade” microfiber available using the best scientific processes
in the world. DermaSPA is woven from ultra-fine fibers
that are even finer than conventional microfiber, allowing
them to breakdown, accumulate and absorb more particles of
dirt, dead skin, oils and bacteria than any other fabric known
to man! To understand how thin the fibers are, consider that
it takes the fiber in only 33 DermaSPA Cloths, placed
end to end, to reach around the earth!
In addition to all the wonderful properties already mentioned,
Cloths made from these ultra-fine fibers provide a superior
hand, a gentle drape, and incredible softness.
I know the discounted cloths are tempting but consider how
important product quality is when it is being used on your
skin.
We do have many specials that considerably reduce the cost
of our Cloths. In most of our listings, if you buy 3 you get
a 4th Free or buy 5 and get 2 Free. We also have a Store Special
giving away a Free Gift with any purchase.
You can see all of our Specials and products by visiting our eBay
Store.
Another
seller claims he invented it. What are the facts?
Microdermabrasion
products of microfiber are one of the hottest items on eBay for
one simple reason. – They work, and they work extraordinarily
well. – For that reason there are many sellers promoting microfiber
products. It is a shame that some sellers feel it necessary to
attempt to degrade the competition or to make ridiculous False
Claims:
False Claim: I invented it.
Truth: It was invented in Italy over 12 yrs
ago.
False
Claim: I have the Trademark.
Truth: The only thing they have trademarked
is their name - not the product.
False
Claim: I manufacture it.
Truth: They do not manufacture it. They only
put their label on it.
False Claim: I'm the only one not selling
Household Cleaning Rags.
Truth: I seriously doubt, and sincerely hope,
that no seller on eBay would be so unethical.
All
of these claims are simply Negative Marketing and have no basis
in Truth.
The Truth is: all of us that sell these wonderful
products should feel honored to have the opportunity
to provide a product that has been so beneficial
to so many thousands of people. I have been involved
with eBay for long enough to know that the eBay Community
is primarily a wonderful place with friendly helpful
sellers.
At Enchanted Waters we choose to sell the same grade and fabric
we sell to the finest SPA's and Salons, both here and abroad,
and to call our product DermaSPA.
Whew
– Now that that’s out of the way — Please enjoy our listing.
We hope you will find it a Positive place to shop.
What
is the best way to care for my DermaSPA© Cloth?
Wash
and reuse over and over: The DermaSPA Cloth
is incredibly durable and can be machine washed more than 400
times with virtually no deterioration or loss of softness to
the fabric. Or simply rinse out by hand with a little soap and
air-dry. Detailed instructions are included with each Cloth.
How
long will the DermaSPA Cloth last?
The
Cloth will last through about 800 hand washings and air dryings,
or 400 by machine, without losing its effectiveness. They are
VERY durable. Care instructions come with each.
How
does DermaSPA work - WITHOUT Chemicals?
It's
In The Fiber!
The
Ultra-Fine fibers in the DermaSPA Cloth (1/20th the
diameter of a strand of silk) have millions of wedge-shaped cross
sections that follow the skin’s surface, breaking down and lifting
up dirt, dead skin, oils and bacteria and trapping them inside
the fiber. DermaSPA Cloth is capable of absorbing and
holding 7 times its own weight in liquids and particulate matter.
Standard
fibers such as cotton have a rounded thread and neutral charge.
Without positive and negative charges there are no attractions
and with the round thread, all you're doing is pushing the pore
clogging dirt particles and dead skin around your face and body,
making your skin even more problem-prone. With standard fibers
you must use harsh chemicals as bonding agents to force the dirt
to adhere to the fibers.
The
combination of materials and process utilized to make fiber used
in the DermaSPA Cloth, create a positive charge in the
fabric. Dirt particles have a negative charge which causes it
to attract to the fabric like a magnet. There it remains locked
deep in the weave of the cloth with a force so great that it
cannot escape. This eliminates the need of chemical bonding agents
and allows you to clean your skin with Just Water. With DermaSPA the
dirt, oil and bacteria are not just re-scattered over the skin’s
“chemically irritated” surface like ordinary cloths.

What
is "Cold Crafted" Natural Soap?
The
Cold Crafted method of creating luxury soap products is a time
honored traditional practice of soap crafting that takes fresh,
specially chosen flower and plant oils, gently warmed to their
natural melting points, and then slowly mixes them with an
alkaline solution. As the mixture thickens and cools pure essential
oils, flower extracts and other beneficial ingredients are
added to produce a final product that is as magical in appearance
and scent as it is gentle to the skin. Because no additional
heat is applied once the oils have been melted this unique
method of soap crafting is often called the `Cold Crafted'
process or 'Cold Process' soap.
What
Ingredients are in Natural Soap?
Only
the finest quality 100% natural flower and plant essences are
used in our products while many of the most popular and well
known commercial soap brands in the world continue to use low
cost animal fat and well known skin toxic, synthetic preservatives,
fragrances, foaming boosters and colorants even today.
Why
is 'Cold Crafted' Soap Superior to Commercial Soap?
Commercially
extruded and glycerin type soaps - even the most expensive ‘French
Triple Milled’ soaps - are created by employing a production
method that applies high temperatures, pressure and excessive
amounts of alkaline solution to speed up the soap saponification
reaction in order to make more soap faster. Unfortunately natural
flower and plant essences are sensitive to heat, light and
other factors and are damaged when subjected to this very harsh
manufacturing process. The result is that the active beneficial
components within each natural ingredient are destroyed, thereby
losing the very properties and reason for choosing them in
the first place. It is also important to note that commercial
soaps are usually made with ingredients that have been decolorized
and deodorized to make them cosmetically neutral and more appealing.
This very "refinement"
neutralizes their beneficial properties as well.
The 'Cold Crafted' method of making soap uses low temperatures
for only a short period of time during the process in order
to bring various oils to their natural melting points. Once
this is achieved no further external heat is applied thereby
ensuring these natural essences retain their skin nourishing
and health related benefits.
Our Cold Crafted soaps are also unique in that they contain
ZERO free alkali and salt. Unlike commercial soaps which
usually contain 0.1% to 1% - another reason why even the
most expensive "French Milled" soaps are still
drying to the skin.
Which
soaps are the most moisturizing?
All
of our soaps are moisturizing. They are all super-fatted, which
means that a little oil is left in each bar that has not become
soap. Each bar contains emollients such as shea butter, avocado
oil, hemp seed oil and jojoba oil. Emollients soften and soothe
the skin by coating it slightly to retain moisture. Additionally,
Enchanted Waters soaps naturally contain glycerin, a marvelous
moisturizer for skin because it attracts moisture from the air.
Industrial soap manufacturers usually remove the glycerin and
sell it as a by-product for use in (you guessed it) expensive
moisturizers. This is truly “creative marketing”. They sell you
a soap bar (from which they extracted the glycerin) that dries
your skin – then sell you an expensive moisturizer (containing
the glycerin extracted from the soap bar) to moisturize. Brilliant!!
: )
Which
of your soaps are best for my sensitive & allergic skin?
All
of our soaps are all natural, all vegetable oils, and I do not
include ingredients which tend to have a high percentage of allergic
reactions such as lanolin and peanut or sesame oil. I have received
many emails from clients who were not able to use anything on
their skin without some type of reaction until they tried Enchanted
Waters.
Our “Extra
Gentle” line is wonderful for even the most sensitive skin
including babies.
What
soaps do you recommend for Acne prone skin?
Our African
Black Soap (African Fog) is formulated to treat and prevent
outbreaks.Renowned as the worlds best soap for treating acne;
it is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory
and antiviral. Wonderful for anyone with Acne and Blemished skin.
You may also want to look at our DermaSPA
Cloths. MicroDermabrasion with our DermaSPA Cloths,
combined with our Soaps for daily maintenance, is the
ideal way to reduce or eliminate outbreaks and reduce
the scarring. It is truly an unbeatable combination!
What
do you recommend for skin with Eczema or Psoriasis?
Our African
Black Soap (African Fog) is outstanding
for extreme cases of eczema. It sooths itchy and patchy rashes
and pulls out the impurities in the skin. Some
have even claimed that it cleared up their eczema!
I've

Sodium cocoyl isethionate.
Which

Can
I bathe my baby with your soaps?
Yes.
Our Extra
Gentle Line is especially mild and wonderful for babies skin,
but does not have the chemicals which are added to commercial
soap that produce a ‘no more tears’ effect. So, be careful to
keep it out of your baby’s eyes.
Can
I use handmade soap to wash my hair?
Yes,
our Shampoo
Bars are ideal for this purpose but any of our soaps are
great for the hair. Wet your hair and rub the bar of soap across
your hair a few times to lather. There's no residue left on your
hair, it rinses out and leaves your hair squeaky clean with out
feeling dried out.
Can
I shave with your soaps?
YES,
for men and women! It’s fast, easy and you may even get a better
shave in the shower. After a few minutes in the warm water, your
whiskers will be soft and your skin will be clean and well hydrated.
Lather up any of our soaps with your hands, or if you prefer,
use an old-fashioned shaving brush. All of our soaps are great
for shaving and make an effective lubricant between the razor
and your skin.
Men; to shave your beard, turn away from the shower to face
a fog-free mirror. Actually, any plastic mirror will remain
fog-free if you soap it up, wait a few seconds and then rinse
it off. When you have finished shaving, turn back around and
rinse off. Your face will be smooth and moisturized.
For women; most of this is just the same except you won't need
a mirror.
What
is glycerin?
Glycerin
is a natural humectant. It attracts moisture. The glycerin in
our soap attracts moisture from the air to your skin.
How
long do bars last?
Enchanted
Waters soaps are long-lasting (at least as long as commercial
soaps) if you keep them "high and dry." You can use
our “Natural
Wood Soap Dish” to keep the bar out of puddles, and let it
dry out between uses. The more it can dry it out between uses
the longer it will last and the better it will feel when you
use it. You can even alternate between bars to help keep one
dry at all times.
Why
do your soaps cost more than mass produced soaps?
We
make our soap from the finest food grade oils available. Olive
oil from Spain and Italy, Shea Butter and coconut oil from Africa,
domestic aloe oils, Vegetable glycerin, and hemp oil from Canada. In
contrast, commercial soaps use synthetic fragrances, petroleum
compounds and byproducts that cost much less and are, in many
cases, harmful to your skin.
Even
when comparing handmade soaps you must compare ‘apples’
to ‘apples’. Enchanted Waters soaps are made with
exceptionally luxurious certified organic oils and
are so rich and creamy that they are a delight to
use. We NEVER use lower cost fragrance oils nor do
we scrimp on the use of luxury oils. All of our products
are scented with therapeutic grade essential oils.
Many of these cost 4 to 5 times more than synthetic
fragrance oils. Neither do we scrimp on the quantity
of essential oils used for each batch which is why
our scents last and last. You
will not find any handmade soaps on the internet
made with more luxury oils than ours.
Is
your soap edible?
Yes.
We pride ourselves on the fact that the quality of oils used
is better than what finds it way to most dining room tables.
Our question is "why you would want to eat soap" :-)
