A partial Eclipse will occur on December 31st. The Eclipse will be over many parts of Asia, Australia, Europe and Africa. The Moon will be found in the constellation of Gemini, and is of course the last of the 4 lunar eclipses for 2009. The partial lunar eclipse occurs at 9:17 a.m. Pacific Standard time, conjuction is at 11:12 a.m. and the greatest eclipse is at 11:22 a.m. (this is the peak time) It ends at 1:28 p.m. Regardless of your belief on when to work your magick, don't forget that it is a second Full Moon, which in itself is very powerful.
