Returns
If
you're unsatisfied for any reason whatsoever, return the item within 7
days, in new resalable condition, and you will receive a prompt refund
of all your money. Refund will be given as money back. Return
shipping will be paid by the buyer.

quote you a modified shipping amount. You may also be responsible for
import duties and taxes.

address in RESIDENTIAL or BUSINESS. Fedex requires phone numbers in
order to contact destination points of contact in case troubles arise.
If you have an International, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO address, shipping may cost more. Contact us for a modified shipping quote for these locations.
Videos, DVDs, and books, etc. are shipped USPS media
rate, which saves you money, but takes longer--they officially estimate
10-14 business days. If you want faster service, we can Fedex - just
email us with address and phone for a new shipping quote. All other
items are generally shipped next business day by Fedex, however when
things get busy, it might possibly take a day or two more.
