I know you are anxious to receive your items quickly. I normally ship within 1 business day of receiving your order and payment. Paypal is preferred.

 Q: When can I expect my order?
  A: I know you are anxious to receive your order. I ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. I live in the country - mail is picked up at my local post office once a day, at 5 PM. Then we are at the mercy of the post office - if it's an International package the mercy of customs. International orders can take 30 to 45 days, sometimes longer.
 Q: Do you offer a discount?
  A: I'd like to offer discounts. But, I'm struggling to maintain the low price. The cost of fabric & shipping has increased, eBay charges fees for the store, listing an item & a commission when the item sells. I made the decision to keep my prices low for everyone. I know this is a difficult time for you but I want to be fair to all my customers.
 Q: What if it doesn't fit?
  A: I make the hats to fit most people (90%) but you might need the scarf made smaller or larger - it's not a problem! I've added tucks in the back that can be removed to make the scarf larger. I'm always happy to make a scarf larger or smaller to help you out. JUST LET ME KNOW!!
 Q: Can you mark an item as a GIFT on international customs forms?
  A: We cannot mark items as “gift” on customs forms. Per Title 18 U.S.C 1001 of the USPS (summarized) says: Furnishing false information on the customs form may result in a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than 5 years or both. Information on the form will be used to satisfy reporting requirements for customs purposes.
 Q: Can you record a lower price for items on customs forms?
  A: We realize that some countries may charge duty taxes or tariffs when merchandise is sent internationally. However, we cannot lower the prices reported on customs forms without committing mail fraud (see the FAQ answer right below).
 Q: Will you combine shipping?
  A: I'm happy to combine your order. Wait to pay for your purchases until you have completed your order - then pay for them all at once - eBay will calculate the correct postage.
 Q: How long does shipping take for International orders?
  A: I ship in 1 business day, then we are at the mercy of the post office & customs. Unfortunately - it can take 30 to 45 days - sometimes longer - for your order to arrive.
 Q: Will you ship to another address?
  A: Yes, I will ship directly to your loved one and I will include a free gift card personalized with your message.
 Q: I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
  A: We've all gotten carried away and had buyers remorse! I'm happy to cancel an order! Just let me know and I'll ask eBay to cancel the sale - it won't affect your feedback at all!
 Q: What is the true color?
  A: I take pictures without a flash with natural light on a sunny day to try to get the color to show true. Unfortunately, different monitors or web browsers affect the picture. If you aren't certain about the color let me know and I'll send you a swatch of the fabric.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: 100% satisfaction guaranteed I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase ~ please contact me and let me know if you are not satisifed for any reason ~ I will give you a full refund of your purchase price.
 Q: If I purchase fabric will you make a custom scarf?
  A: I'd be happy to make up a scarf out of your fabric. Each scarf requires 1/2 yard of 44" wide fabric. Cotton is the best fabric for the scarves.
 Q: What payments do you accept for International orders?
  A: It is easier and faster if you use PayPal when from another country.
