EnvelopesDotCom accept returns of plain products if returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. A refund for the order amount, minus shipping will be issued to the form of payment used to place the order within 5 days of receiving and reviewing your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages unless we made an error.
Your return needs to be in re-sellable condition or a refund will not be processed. The carton the envelopes come in is part of the product, so please do not discard, deface, write on, or destroy the carton.

You can use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but be sure to get a tracking number so you will be able to verify that we receive the return.
If a shipment is refused, the carrier will return the package(s) to EnvelopesDotCom. The customer is responsible for the cost of both the outbound shipping and the return shipping, and that amount will be deducted from any credit the customer is due.
