How does the Bonus free sheet offer work? - With every 6 sheets purchased at regular store price you will receive one FREE sheet! The free sheet will be added to your total at no charge, you can pick the design or we will simply include one free sheet from your purchased designs with your order. Please do not purchase 7 sheets and expect to be charged for 6 as we incur ebay fees on every sheet purchased. We will not minus the cost of one, we will simply add a free one!
Can I still get the Bonus offer if I purchase 6 sheets from different listings? - Yes! For every 6 sheets of labels you will receive one free sheet! You can mix and match designs from different listings as long as you purchase 6 or more sheets in a single payment, 99 cent special listings excluded.
How do I tell you what to print on my items? - You will not be prompted or have a 'form' to fill out. You MUST email it to us, send via your ebay message center, or add to the 'notes' section of your paypal. Also include with any mailed payments.
Do all of the graphics/pictures appear on one sheet? - No you must choose which graphic # you would like. You may choose only one graphic per sheet of labels purchased. However, if you purchase multiple sheets you may have a differnet graphic on each sheet.
Where do I find these graphics to choose from? - At the top and bottom of the listing, there are pictures/graphics that each have a number on or by it. You will need to choose from those.
I would like to have labels made with my own picture. Can I do that? - Yes, by all means! If you have a clear photo, and you can email it to us, we do not charge any extra for use of your own photo on labels. Other items MAY require a small customizing fee depending on the photo and item as they require time and editing to set up. Email us first if you have any questions.
How many lines / characters are allowed? - I can print up to 5 lines with most fonts, some fancier fonts will fit only 4. Depending upon the font chosen, each line can contain approximately 24 characters and spaces. I can and have done more than that, but, the more text, the smaller the font.
Can I have more than one font style or color on my labels? -Yes! You may choose to have your name in one style and color and your address in another, however you wish, have it your way!
Can I have different addresses or messages on my labels? -Yes, you may have multiple addresses on your labels! Only one address per sheet, but if you purchase multiple sheets you may use seperate addresses on each one! Or add your child or pet's name or favorite quote or blurb! Whatever you choose!
Are these labels white or clear? - All our labels are white matte finish. At this time we do not offer clear labels.
When will I receive my order? - Most orders are mailed within 24 hours - 2 business days of payment, unless by check. Checks are held for bank clearance before any printing is done. Some orders can take slightly longer, some are shipped same day! Depends on order volume and customization time involved! So most orders are received within 5-10 days of placement!
Will I see a proof first? - We do not send proof of most items (labels, recipe cards, checkbook covers, etc) unless requested. We will be more than happy to send proof if you need one. However, we DO send automatic proofs, once we receive the info we need of certain items such as invitations, thank you's, date cards, business cards and other larger items.
What do I do if my order is mis printed? - Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Please contact us right away if you find ANY errors on our part and we will reprint and reship immediately! Due to the nature of these listings, returns are not accepted unless defective or misprinted on accordance of our error. Generally we use the 'copy and paste' method, so whatever you send for info is what we print. However, we do make errors and will be happy to reprint IF the error is ours.
Can I combine auction and store items into one purchase? - Sure! We will be happy to wait a few days and resend a new combined invoice if needed. You MUST wait for us to send a combined invoice (or discount the correct amount in your paypal payment if you know how). We do NOT refund partial payments for overpaying of shipping fees if you do not wait for us to send you a combined invoice.
Do you allow the buyer to print his/her own from home? - No, unfortunately we do not. All images are either owned by or purchased under license by Equigraphics.
How much is shipping to my address? - For labels to US only we charge a flat shipping rate. US shipping charges are $1.75 for the first sheet and $.15 for each additional sheets. International rates and shipping rates on all items are available in each listing. We do NOT charge a 'handling' fee!
I just found your site on ebay and I want to purchase now, or do not have time to bid - can I still order after this item ends? How much will the labels cost per sheet? - Yes, you may purchase from our store listings at any time. ALL our auction style listings are mirrored in our store at larger quantities and are most always up at all times. .
I don't see what I need, Can you make it? - Chances are, YES! Email us with what you are looking for and we generally can set up new labels, or will be happy to customize a new item for you! Most often, for free! More complex projects will be charged a small fee.Email for details.
