Equipnet 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: If your product has any functional issues and you would like to return the item purchased within 30 days from invoice date you can do so if you purchase a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee with your equipment. This “peace of mind” service must be purchased at the time of order. . The cost for this service is $50.00 or 15% of the equipment purchase price whichever is greater. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the equipment (i.e., shipping, handling, and insurance). Once received at Equipnet and equipment is confirmed to have functional issues Equipnet will promptly issue a credit for the returned item(s).

U-Ship It, We Repair It: By far, our most popular service offering. All equipment requires pre-certification at our Groton, CT service center. Please note, pre-certification is at additional cost. On-site pre-certification can be arranged. Once pre-certification is performed your equipment qualifies to be covered under the U-Ship It, We Repair It Service Plan. Save money with this depot service by sending us your equipment and avoid the costs of travel and expenses for us to come to you. U-Ship It, We Repair It provides an economical way to guarantee the best service available. U-Ship It, We Repair It provides a substantial savings if your equipment breaks down and is in need of repair. Please note this service covers all labor related costs to repair your equipment throughout the life of the service plan. This package does not cover the cost of parts. Depending on the severity of the problem and the availability of parts, you should receive your equipment back within 2 weeks. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the equipment (i.e., shipping, handling, and insurance). All parts excluding consumables are guaranteed for 30 days.
Diagnostics: Equipnet’s Diagnostic service ensures the equipment you purchase is fully tested prior to leaving Equipnet’s facility and can be immediately put into service when the equipment arrives. This service includes one Diagnostic procedure performed by an experienced technician to ensure equipment is running to manufactures specifications. . Upon completion of the Diagnostics Equipnet will provide you with diagnostic test results and if necessary a detailed quotation itemizing all the recommended parts needed to perform Preventative Maintenance according to the manufacturer specifications. All services performed by Equipnet are backed by a 90-Day guarantee.
Installation, Basic Training and Equipment Overview: If you’ve purchased a PM service with your equipment and would like Equipnet to install for you we can do that as well. This offering is available in a limited coverage area that includes Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. An experienced technician and come perform all installations with a 90-Day warranty from the date of installation.
Preventative Maintenance+ (PM+): PM+ – Need us onsite? This package provides a level of protection that ensures optimal service and equipment performance. This package includes one Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit to your site. An experienced technician will perform a PM on your equipment to ensure your unit is in top shape. This service is offered in a limited coverage area that includes Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey.
