| Return policy
Return policy details considered on a case by case basis. Must be significant misrepresentation on our part to qualify.
* If you choose to return the item we will NOT refund shipping cost, insurance, duties, taxes or any related fees.
*A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
*Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*Shipping/Handling/Insurance fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
*Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges & insurance fees.
*Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
*Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
*Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.
*We classify an item AS-IS when it has at least on issue that causes the item not to function properly. There may be more unknown issues that may be wrong with an AS-IS item.
*We do not guaranty Compatibility under any circumstances. It's the buyers responsibilty to research before bidding !
*Buyers are responsible for all information about product, models factury description or information error about product !
*If warranty is included:Warranty 30 days after received.If you fail to contact me within that period of time, the warranty is void.
*All defective products will go through the following procedure: 1) You have to report it with'n the first 3 days.
2)Provide clear pictures of the whole unit and the damaged area.
3)A claim will be filed on your behalf.
4)If a replacement is not available,a refund will be issued after the unit is returned.
International buyers are responsible for any duties or tax fees.
