includes insurance to $100, whereas USPS insurance
must be added manually depending on the final bid.
Shipping
is now calculated by BILLABLE WEIGHT. If your package
is large, the weight will appear larger than actual
as this is a formula used by shippers. In the end
it is the same as if you used actual weight and dimensions.
