Shipping & Handling

  • PO Box delivery: Yes, except for large items (20KG+).
  • Transit times are available from Australia Post and TNT website, we can not be held responsible for delays by the delivery company.

 Return & Exchange
  • Refund will be given as merchandise credit or Cash refund (re-stocking fee $10 apply for cash refund).
  • Postage is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs and re-stocking fee of $10. If the item is being sent back for an exchange, the re-stocking fee will be waived. 
  • To return products, please send it to the address shown on your invoice. We strongly suggest that you insure the parcel or send it by express post and keep a receipt from the post office. We are not responsible for the return item being lost or damaged.
  • For replacement, the merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in it's original condition & packaging.
  • Before any item can be sent back, a Return Authorization Number (RA No.) MUST be obtained from us.
  • All returns must include a notice quoting RA No, your item number, your eBay user ID and email address and the reason for return.
